2 P a ge 2 EXHIBITION REGISTRATION OPTIONS EARLY REGISTRATION (BY MIDNIGHT, FEBRUARY 25, 2015) 1-8x8 Booth - $495 (includes 2 Lunch Tickets) 2-8x8 Booths - $900 (includes 4 Lunch Tickets) Outside Area (large equipment displays limited space) - $250 (includes 2 Lunch Tickets) Additional Lunch Tickets - $20.00 each Cancellations received before early registration deadline of midnight on February 25, 2015 will receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after the early registration deadline will NOT BE REFUNDED for any reason. Gold Sponsor: $1,000 Includes 1 8x10 Booth in the Front Entrance Room; 2 Lunch tickets, TBAC website sponsorship with your company logo and website link on the Chapter s website through September 2015, and ½ page color advertisement in the Membership Directory. ($1180 value). Silver Sponsor: $450 Includes 1/2 page color advertisement in the Membership Directory. Bronze Sponsor: $300 Includes 1/4 page black & white advertisement in the Membership Directory. 3 P a ge 3 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION IMPORTANT NOTE: The number of booths is limited. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis so submit your registration and payment today! On-line registration and payment via credit is available on our website at Each 8 x8 booth, includes: pipe & drape, one skirted 6 table, two chairs, trash can and one exhibitor identification sign. The outside area comes with an identification sign only and Exhibitors will need to furnish any chairs, tables, etc. needed. Lunch tickets are provided for two persons per booth. Electrical, if required, is the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be ordered directly from the A La Carte Event Pavilion. Wireless internet is available at no extra charge. Exhibitor may use the booth(s) or outside area for the purpose of displaying products and services only; no selling will be allowed. Exhibitors must provide any extra items of service and/or equipment it may need (such as extra chairs, tables, electric) for its booth(s) or outside area that is not included in the rental charge. Exhibitors must contact the A La Carte Event Pavilion directly for these extra items and will be solely responsible for payment. Exhibitor is responsible for securing items in its booth against loss. Banners are not allowed except in booth areas. Set Up and Tear Down Exhibitors must set-up and tear-down its exhibit during the time indicated. Exhibitor set up are between the hours of 6:30 am-9:00 am on Friday, April 10, 2015 only. Exhibitors should not begin dismantling their exhibit before 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, Exhibitors must have their exhibit completely dismantled and removed by 4:00 p.m., Friday, April 10, Space Cancellations In the event the Exhibition is postponed or canceled, due to any occurrence not occasioned by the conduct of TBAC such as an Act of God or uncommon event, the performance of the parties under this agreement shall be excused from all debts and obligations. A refund by TBAC will occur, less a pro-rated share of expenses actually incurred by the Association. Cancellations received prior to February 25, 2015 will be refunded less an administrative fee of $100. If the exhibitor cancels after February , TBAC will retain 100% of the exhibitor registration fee. Event Sponsorships Several sponsorship opportunities are available to suppliers. Sponsors will receive recognition for their sponsorship at the event and as indicated in the sponsorship package selected. Door Prizes Exhibitors are encouraged to provide door prizes. A TBAC volunteer will visit the exhibitor s booth and pull the winning name(s) and announce the winners over the public address system. Registering-Each exhibitor receives two complementary luncheon tickets per booth registration There is no additional charge for additional exhibitor representatives at their booth; however, participation in the luncheon do require tickets. Extra tickets are $20/person for the luncheon and must be purchased on the TBAC s website or by check at least 7 days prior to the event. Liability-Exhibitors agree that TBAC and its respective agents, affiliates, and volunteers shall not be held responsible in any way for damages, loss, or destruction of any property of exhibitors, injury to exhibitor, or exhibitor s representative (s), agency, employee(s), licensee(s) or guest(s). Exhibitor is responsible for maintaining appropriate property and liability insurance. Food & Beverages All food and beverage items provided for this event must be supplied by A La Carte Event Pavilion. Any food or beverage offered to attendees must be part of a booth display. Booth Layout Booth layout is subject to minor changes to make best use of the floor space and as required by the A La Carte Event Pavilion. Parking Exhibitors are to check-in, unload, and park at the east side of the building in the back loading area. Signs will be posted for you to follow. Unloading/loading are not permitted through the front entrance glass doors.
