Alta Equipment Company has been a family owned and operated business since its founding in 1984 and in the past 30 years has grown from one Michigan location to a multi-line equipment company with 18 facilities across the Midwest. Their New Hudson facility is located in the heart of the Western Metro Detroit area and is nestled among quaint cities with sophisticated big city amenities. You get the best of them all! It is centrally located to three major thoroughfares, Detroit Metropolitan Airport is just 20 minutes away and they are just minutes away from the city of Novi, where you will find great shopping and dining. They are also close to many other local attractions such as the Henry Ford Museum, Greenfield Village, the casinos, and our many pro sports venues to name a few. We are continuing with the same format that we have in the past. One that offers great value at a reduced cost and that has proven to be successful for all of our members, their families and employees, and to you, our most valued vendors. As always, it will include dedicated time for you to spend with our members without competing with other events and it will also include time for you to have hands-on demonstrations of your products, services, and equipment in a real working environment. We will offer a variety of relevant industry-related educational seminars and training sessions for all attendees, including you, as well as fun activities for all of us to enjoy. We truly encourage you to participate in any or all events and activities that are of interest to you and your business as the entire weekend is planned for each of us to interact and network in a relaxed and friendly environment. This includes the Friday tour to NSF International in Ann Arbor, our Friday evening steak cook-out where our dedicated and very competitive past presidents will be manning the cash bar, our fun and lively sportsman raffle that will be running throughout the weekend, and so many more new activities that we have planned to make this a true fun, valued packed weekend for everyone. All tabletop booths will be located inside Alta Equipment with free wireless internet available and outside space is also available for large equipment demonstrations. You will find our exhibitor rates are reasonable and inclusive of all of our events and activities so your stay with us is a great and successful experience for you and your business. 5 Exhibitor Booth Display Rules (Please retain this sheet) SPACE: No portion of the booth area may be sublet or assigned to any other firm or person. ELECTRICAL: Wireless Internet and electrical outlets available. Bring your own extension cords. LIABILITY: Each booth operator will be responsible for the space leased during the Road Show and will keep it free from hazards to person(s) on the premises. The Automotive Recyclers of Michigan and Alta Equipment Company will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by booth operators, representatives, their associates or employees. INSURANCE: It is agreed that in no instance shall the Automotive Recyclers of Michigan, its Officers, Directors or Staff, or Alta Equipment Company be held responsible for any loss, theft, fire or injury to any person or article. SPACE ASSIGNMENT: Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Indicate your first, second, and third choice for the booth space on your registration form. No private room displays are allowed. FIRE AND SAFETY CODES: Each booth operator must comply with all federal, state, and local fire and safety codes. INFORMATIONAL MEETING: All vendors are asked to attend an informational meeting at 3:45 p.m. on Friday, April 24 th, prior to the opening of the Road Show and Business Networking Conference, where you will receive your packets and name badges. SHIPPING AND RECEIVING: Any materials shipped to Alta Equipment Company should arrive no earlier than 2 days prior to the function and may not remain on the property longer than 2 days after the completion of the function. All materials must have the name of the group and be addressed to Automotive Recyclers of MI Attn.: Sandy Miller with your company name and date of conference with shipping charges paid by sender for inside delivery. Alta Equipment Company will not be responsible for any materials left on premises after 48 hours.
