However, to maintain a professional appearance, floor covering is mandatory and exhibitors are responsible for providing or ordering the appropriate materials for the booth space. ENA Exhibitor Rules and Regulations Available Online For a complete listing of the ENA Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, visit For Your Safety and Ours, Exhibit Booth Staff Must Be Registered All exhibit booth staff are required to register for and wear official exhibitor badges, which will be monitored by security personnel upon entry to the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors will be allowed access to the hall during published installation and dismantle hours, and for one hour prior to the opening of the hall on each show day. For the safety of our attendees and exhibitors, children and animals are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall for any reason at any time. 5

Cancellation All cancellations or reduction of booth space for any reason is subject to the refund schedule and terms shown below. Notification must be made in writing and will be accepted via to ENA Exhibits at In the event of cancellation, ENA reserves the right to re-sell space to another exhibitor, without rebate or allowance to cancelled exhibitor. Refunds will not be issued to exhibitors that do not exhibit and have not submitted a written cancellation notice according to the deadlines.
