Summit provides a unique opportunity to market your products and services to a select group of industry decision makers. The comprehensive agenda will attract top finance, technology, operations and risk professionals within our dedicated client base with sessions on our financial and investment accounting, workflow, claims, core administration and risk solutions. Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities Sponsorship benefits Our summit spans two and a half days of learning sessions and special activities. Becoming a sponsor will heighten awareness of your brand and will help you market your products and solutions to a target audience. You will be able to network with insurance professionals at sessions, meals, special events, and around the beautiful city of Boston. Conference overview Sponsoring the 2016 Insurance Client Summit will give you access to over 200 of FIS insurance clients. 3 Exhibitor program Exhibitor table (20 available) $3,500 An exhibitor space includes one six-foot skirted table with two chairs for distribution of your literature and the opportunity to speak one on one with attendees during scheduled exhibit hours. You receive: One complimentary registration to the conference One tabletop booth location in the exhibit hall Sponsor program Sponsorship opportunities are offered in addition to your exhibit space. These promotional opportunities provide additional exposure to FIS clients through a full complement of events and items that can be sponsored, providing your company the maximum exposure possible for the item or event selected. (Note: An exhibit table must be purchased before any additional sponsorship can be selected). Keynote sponsor (exclusive) $15,000 The keynote address is held during the Monday morning general session and is led by FIS executives. This package provides exclusive sponsorship of the keynote session, and you have the opportunity to have a company executive introduce the keynote speaker. You also receive: Logo screen recognition in the event room Opportunity to provide a video commercial (less than two minutes) to be played as attendees gather in the session room Opportunity to provide one piece of promotional material to be placed on seats in general session room for keynote Evening event (3 available) $10,000 There are three evening events. You get your choice of sponsoring the welcome reception, Monday evening event, or the Tuesday evening event, based on availability. (Selection is first-come, first-served). In addition to exclusive sponsorship of your selected event, you receive: Banner signage to be displayed in prominent place at the selected event Opportunity to provide one piece of collateral to include in registration packets 2

4 Breakfast or lunch sponsor (6 available) $5,000 This sponsorship gives you the choice of sponsoring breakfast or lunch on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday during the conference. In addition to exclusive sponsorship of your selected event, you receive: Banner signage to be displayed in prominent place at the selected event Opportunity to provide one piece of promotional material to be placed at or in the chair for the event sponsored Refreshment break sponsor (5 available) $2,500 This sponsorship gives you the choice of sponsoring the morning or afternoon break on Monday or Tuesday, or the Wednesday morning break. In addition to exclusive sponsorship of selected break, you receive: Banner signage to be displayed in prominent place at the event sponsored Conference giveaways (3 available) $5,000 This option gives you the choice of sponsoring the conference bag, notebook with pen, or event gift (item to be determined). Refunds/cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing via to Jeffrey.Scheitzach@fisglobal.com. Cancellations received by July 15, 2016 will receive a full refund minus a $500 administrative fee. Cancellations received after July 15, 2016 will not receive a refund. 2. Hospitality events: Sponsors may not conduct group functions, such as meetings, off-site dinners, receptions, demonstrations, film showings, speeches or other similar activities, during times which conflict with any officially programmed meeting event. 3. Updates/changes: In the event that unforeseen events make it necessary, show management reserves the right to amend this agreement or make additions, and all such amendments or additions shall be made known as soon as possible to each sponsor. 7 Online registration In order to complete your sponsorship application and register your complimentary attendees, you are required to register as an exhibitor attendee through the 2016 Insurance Client Summit online registration system. To complete the sponsorship process, please complete both steps below: 1. Go online to and click on the registration button which will take you to the registration site. On completion of the online process, you will receive an confirmation and an additional with the hotel information. 2. the enclosed completed application form to Sponsor and exhibitor participation is limited to those companies that are our partners and those that regularly provide services and/or products to the insurance industry. Applications are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as of March 15, 2016 until all sponsorship opportunities and exhibit spaces are sold. Your exhibit confirmation and exhibitor s kit containing shipping guidelines, forms for drayage, electrical, internet services and other pertinent information will be sent at a later date.
