Last year, the Greater Chicago Club Managers Foundation Golf Outing raised over $50,000 dollars. The recipients of these donations from previous years event included; scholarships to collegiate students majoring in Hospitality and specializing in Club Management, ITF- Illinois Turfgrass Foundation, CDGA- Sunshine thru Golf Foundation, and IPGA- Illinois Jr. Golf Foundation. First Tee of Illinois and Autism Society of Illinois. Funds from this years outing will be awarded to hospitality students and the Autism Society of Illinois once again. This Foundation is a premier opportunity to provide scholarships to deserving students who attend HRA (Hotel, Restaurant Administration) colleges or universities throughout the United States and seek a career in the club management concentration. Secondly, the Foundation s objective is to engineer and sponsor unbelievable training and educational opportunities, tailored directly to the need of both the apprentice and committed Club Managers in the Chicago land area.
