2 UAIIA s 93 rd Annual Convention April 15 17, 2012 Registration UAIIA looks forward to welcoming the largest attendance ever to our 93 rd Convention and wants to make your participation as easy as possible. Registration will include all general meetings and speakers, continental breakfast, awards banquet, and Young Agents Activity. All events, except Free Day events, will have a badge only entry, which will be strictly enforced. Registration can be completed several ways. By logging onto our website, by mail-in registration form; or give us a call and we will happily fax the necessary forms to you. This is a unique course is set amidst the beauty and splendor of southwestern Utah. Designed by golf course architect Keith Foster, Coral Canyon Golf Course provides a rare opportunity for you to enjoy luxurious golf at the doorway to some of the world's most famed natural wonders. Located in what many call "Color Country" in St. George, Utah, Coral Canyon's 7,029- yard, par-72 layout provides breathtaking views of Bryce Canyon's snow-capped pink spires in the winter and Zion National Park's green springtime bloom. I cannot think of anything that would allow you to see and talk to more agency personnel in a short period of time than attending this convention and participating in all it has to offer. Should you have any question about sponsorship, please contact Joyce Kalmar at joycekalmar@uaiia.org or by calling Trade Show Exhibit Booths Come and be seen at the UAIIA 93 rd Convention held at the Dixie Convention Center in sunny St. George, Utah April 15-17, Our trade show this year will be held from 11: am to 3:00 pm, Tuesday April 17 th. This day will be known during the convention as FREE DAY! And we will be offering free CE along with the trade show to get even more agents and their staff to attend. For the tradeshow and CE (lunch is FREE too!) no convention registration is required to attend? The booth cost includes a full convention registration for one person and a quarter page ad in the convention brochure. Specific booth selections will be taken with the paid registration on a first come, first serve basis. The tables provided are 6-foot tables that are skirted. (Booth size is 8 x 10 and includes 8 back drape, 2 3 side drapes, single line ID sign, 1 6 x 24 x 30 h blue skirted temple, 2 chairs, wastebasket.) An insert listing all exhibitors will be put into our convention brochure. Booths must be torn down and removed immediately following the trade show. Extra cost to vendors will include electricity, high speed internet, audio visual, additional furniture, ID signs, etc. See the enclosed registration form for more details. The Sales Office must approve shipments at least one week prior to shipping to ensure proper handling and adequate space for storage. An appropriate delivery fee will be assessed as follows; Boxes: Freight: 1-5 No Charge 5 and $2.00 per box $50.00 per 100 lbs. Or fraction thereof. 4 Cancellation Policy Convention registration cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations prior to the early bird deadline (March 18, 2012) will incur a $25.00 administrative charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellation received after March 18, No shows: Anyone who registers for the convention and does not show up will forfeit their registration fees. There will be no exceptions, so please wear or carry your badge with you throughout the entire convention.
