The role also provides project management support and coordination. Key Challenges Provision of support and input into a range of communication and marketing projects and initiatives Coordination of a number of projects simultaneously with varying deadlines, objectives and stakeholders Ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner Maintaining an excellent customer service ethic while working within a complex structural environment Undertaking a project lead role that also requires operational hands-on work Key Result Areas 1. Coordinate the implementation of approved marketing projects outlined in the Service Development Plans. 2. KRA 1: Coordinate the implementation of approved marketing projects outlined in the Service Development Plans. In conjunction with the Manager, Marketing and Sales input into the development of marketing strategies for service development projects. Working with regional property and admission staff, regional communication and marketing staff and other appropriate stakeholders to project coordinate regional Service Development Plans. Participate in regular Service Development Project subgroup meetings. Provide project support in the planning and running of meetings. Regular reporting and analysis on project progress to Manager, Marketing and Sales. Coordinate ongoing feedback and evaluation of implementation outcomes. Demonstrates ability to understand the development of marketing plans Demonstrates ability to engage a diverse group of stakeholders in achieving coordination of implementation plans Demonstrates excellent verbal presentation skills Demonstrates ability to manage jobs with external key stakeholders, such as design agencies to achieve desired outcomes and deadlines. KRA 2: Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and brand activities to deliver on agreed commercial objectives Working with regional property, admission and Communication and Marketing staff project to coordinate regional marketing initiatives. Analyse performance and progress of marketing initiatives against monthly reports. Demonstrates ability to engage a diverse group of stakeholders in achieving coordination of implementation plans Demonstrates good understanding of the sales function as it relates to Independent Living in aged care Demonstrates good understanding of connection and difference between marketing and sales functions Demonstrates excellent verbal presentation skills Demonstrates ability to manage jobs with creative agencies to achieve desired outcomes and deadlines.
