Exhibition Opportunities The TCG Exhibit Area is held in conjunction with the TCG Annual Seminar. Our members are dedicated the providing their patients with the best possible products and services. It is also important for our members to have access to companies that can help improve their bottom line. This exhibition provides our members access to you, our vendor partners and will allow them the opportunity to network with you and learn about the unique services your company offers. The Exhibit Area is the location for our Refreshment Breaks and the Friday Night Reception. Over the course of two days, vendors will have several opportunities to network with members. In addition to this face to face time with our members, we encourage our vendors to attend the educational sessions as well. Send your reservation in early to ensure your requests are secured. Cancellation Policy Exhibitors may cancel their application for exhibiting. Refunds will be given according to the following schedule: Any company withdrawing prior to July 1, 2015 will be refunded 50% of the exhibit fee. No refunds will be given after July 1, 2015.
