2 THE INSIGHT TRACK: Participate in the Debate This fall, the AAE will address the specialty s most divisive issues at The Insight Track: Contemporary Dilemmas in Endodontics. The Insight Track is the AAE s new series of continuing education meetings designed to address a single topic or theme critical to the specialty on an as-needed basis, and this second installment will take on an exciting presentation format to explore the topics in depth. Through a point/counterpoint format, attendees will benefit from hearing both sides of the argument as the issues are debated by some of the top speakers in the field. Attendees will be encouraged to weigh the arguments of the day, deliberate with their peers and draw their own conclusions on how to best treat their patients. In developing the meeting s theme and educational program, the AAE Continuing Education Committee considered the most current and prevalent topics affecting AAE members. These topics involve dilemmas regularly encountered in the daily practice of endodontics that can have multiple correct choices on how to proceed, said Dr. Timothy Kirkpatrick, CEC committee chair. Each of the point/ counterpoint topics have ardent supporters on both sides of the issue, which should lead to lively discussions. Outside of the educational sessions, attendees will be able to continue the debates and build their professional networks during breaks in the corporate partners area. As this space is limited to a select group of the AAE Foundation s premier supporters, Insight Track attendees will have opportunities to have meaningful conversations and develop relationships with exhibitors. The meeting schedule has been designed with free time in the afternoon to allow attendees to enjoy the abundant natural beauty and array of recreational activities at the Ocean Reef Club with friends, guests and family. Two afternoon outings reef fishing and golf, both organized by the AAE and exclusive to Insight Track attendees and their guests are offered immediately following the educational sessions. In addition, evening receptions offer time to socialize with colleagues and discuss the topics of the day. Through stimulating presentations, edgy discussions, relationship-building, and relaxing location, attendees will come away from The Insight Track feeling rejuvenated, with fresh perspectives on patient care to take back to their practices, said Bev Albert, AAE assistant executive director for education. All food and beverage must be arranged by the AAE. Sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, firstserved basis upon receipt of this agreement with a signed form and full payment. Display Space Terms The number of display spaces is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Displays and materials are limited to one six-foot tabletop space (provided). Pop-up displays are welcome. Power will be provided. Companies must staff their displays throughout the entire educational program, including breakfasts and breaks, on October 22, 23 and 24. Detailed shipping instructions will be distributed one month before the meeting. Space is limited and registration will be accepted until the conference is filled. Onsite registration will not be available. ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES Attending companies and organizations benefit from increased exposure through targeted and limited advertising placement. Advertisers must purchase the corporate attendance package to be eligible for the below options.
