2 Exhibition Opportunities The TCG Exhibit Area is held in conjunction with the TCG Annual Seminar. Our members are dedicated the providing their patients with the best possible products and services. It is also important for our members to have access to companies that can help improve their bottom line. This exhibition provides our members access to you, our vendor partners and will allow them the opportunity to network with you and learn about the unique services your company offers. The Exhibit Area is the location for our Refreshment Breaks and the Friday Night Reception. Over the course of two days, vendors will have several opportunities to network with members. In addition to this face to face time with our members, we encourage our vendors to attend the educational sessions as well. What is the attire for the Exhibit Area? Business casual attire is being promoted for all conference attendees and exhibitors. Payment Full payment is required with this application. Final balance must be paid prior to July 1, Exhibitor space and sponsorship opportunities are available on a first come, first serve basis. Send your reservation in early to ensure your requests are secured. Cancellation Policy Exhibitors may cancel their application for exhibiting. Refunds will be given according to the following schedule: Any company withdrawing prior to July 1, 2015 will be refunded 50% of the exhibit fee. These pens will also be placed at the registration desk to assist participants with completing forms. Highlighters - $500 Each conference attendee will receive a customized highlighter with your company s information on it. These highlighters will also be placed at the meeting registration desk. Neck Lanyards - $500 Neck lanyards will be distributed to all registered conference participants. Your company s name and/or marketing message will be printed on the lanyard. Tote Bags - $500 Tote bags will have your company s logo and/or marketing message. You will be allowed to insert one flyer inside the bag. The bags will be given to all conference participants.
