Established in 1998, The Toronto Culinary Team has a proud tradition of developing chefs skills, as well a long history of fielding teams in culinary competitions that have enjoyed success locally, regional and internationally. The commitment to culinary excellence displayed through these competitive events give the Ontario Culinary Team the opportunity to exert a positive impact on the importance and reputation of Canadian cuisine, food products and related suppliers in the food and hospitality industry. The Ontario Culinary Team has recently partnered up with Friends of We Care a national foodservice charity to help raise funds to send disabled children to summer camps across Canada. As the team prepares for the Culinary Olympic IKA 2016 in Erfurt Germany, we have decided to share our expertise and skills with you at our upcoming. The Gala will take place on Friday February 12th, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport, (Algonquin Ballroom) 33 Carlson Court, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M9W 6H5. Tickets are $ per person set up as tables of 8 people. You can purchase a table at $1,100.00, saving of $ Tickets will be maximized at 288, so you will want to commit early. Your generous contributions will not only make a difference in the lives of children with disabilities, but will be targeted to lowering the growing cost of the Teams' 10 chefs, enabling them to fully participate in the training sessions, and competitions at the local, regional and international level. The average cost to send a child with a disability to camp is $250 per day. The average cost per Team member to participate at an international culinary competition such as the Culinary Olympic IKA 2016 is approximately $ 12,500. We have developed several excellent partnership opportunities that can showcase your enterprise and its products.
