6 EXHIBITION STAND GUIDELINES HOSTED BY THE AUSTRALIAN MANGO INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION All Sponsors have the option of having exhibition space with a specially designed trade booth at the Conference venue and Field Day. There are two options for the design of the trade booth. Option 1 Your logo on header & table throw 1813mm Option 2 Your artwork on header & logo on table throw HEADER 883mm Height of header 2130mm OPTION 1 OPTION 2 TABLE THROW 737mm Logo requirements: All logos must be provided in EPS file format. High resolution 300 DPI Jpegs will also be accepted, however EPS is strongly recommended for quality reasons. All logos need to be submitted by 5pm Friday 24th April Bleed mm x 965mm Trim mm x 889mm File submitted in high res (Press Quality) PDF If you require artwork design, this can be arranged for you at an additional cost. All graphic elements and material must be provided by 5pm, Friday 3rd April to complete final artwork. Supplying Artwork If you proceed with option 2, you will need to provide final print ready artwork in high resolution, suitable for the size printed.
