Returning this year are James Dixon, architect and keynote speaker, and Josh Mogal, the first recipient of a Platinum L.E.E.D. Certification on a historic home. There will be insightful seminars from James, Josh, and other industry experts, as well as demonstrations from participating artisans and tradespeople. We plan to place a special emphasis throughout the event on the environmental sustainability of historic homes.
