We are putting all of our marketing efforts to be recognized as such and after the first event, our annual conference will draw in more Trans people from around the world who want an impactful experience that will change every area of their lives. Marketing impact and growth opportunity: We are attracting Transmen who want to achieve more in life, become more and do more. Our target audience is brand-sensitive and recognizes the businesses that support the Trans community. Advertising with us will not only be a growth opportunity because you will extend your reach, but it can also help recruit the most qualified employees, and brand representatives. Comparing to other Trans conferences: After researching and comparing other Trans conferences, we came to the conclusion that there is no other conference like FTM Fitness World; we want to raise the standards and expectations in the Trans community in order to powerfully impact our community by giving them the tools to raise itself above the poverty line, to be emotionally intelligent, spiritually aware and have an overall knowledge on how to positively impact their community. Media: o We are partnering with a major LGBT media company to bring awareness of our event in all the major media outlets: Television, radio, print, and local social events networking. o The keynote speeches, the bodybuilding competition and a selected number of workshops will be recorded for Page 2

3 those who couldn t make it to the conference, and will be seen all over the world. o The conference will also have an ad in the coming up book Right Mind Wrong Body for the lifetime of the book. o Our monthly radio show that is currently averaging 12,000 listeners per month and is syndicated to many media outlets, including itunes. Standard advertising costs: There is no doubt that sponsoring the FTM Fitness World annual conference to target the Trans community is a beneficial partnership, and very cost effective considering the reach of our audience: online visitors to all of our sites and social media outlets, attendees who will be at the conference, and the media broadcasts that will be done after the conference. We are expecting to double the number of people next year by increasing our marketing effort, encouraging word of mouth referrals and by giving a discount for next year to those who attended the conference this year. Category exclusivity can be renewed for next year s event too. Sponsorships can also be paid monthly until the event. Would you rather donate to a charity?
