This event, titled Brevard Renaissance Fair, will attract more than 20,000 attendees from Brevard County and the surrounding areas. This year, the event will be held on January 30th, 31st and February 5th, 6th and 7th of 2016 at the Wickham Park Amphitheater in Melbourne, Florida. The goal of the Brevard Renaissance Fair is to encourage and raise funds for Arts and Education programs in Brevard County. Additional information can be found in the enclosed documents. Box , Melbourne, Florida Event Background The Annie and Kids Arts and Education Foundation was formally Save Dragon Point. After the purchase of Dragon Point by its new owner, the organization started to focus on its second objective, which is to support, encourage and raise funds for Arts and Education programs in Brevard County. Brevard Renaissance Fair is a themed fundraising event that will include jousting, live steel combat, food, drink, a variety of vendors and live music. This will be the first annual event under the new name and administration and its new venue, but is the third year for the administration team in producing a renaissance fair. Event Outline This exciting event will be held January 30th and 31st and February 6th and 7th of 2016 at the Wickham Park Amphitheater in Melbourne, Florida from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm with special hours for Education Day on February 5th from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. The event is expected to draw in more than 20,000 guests over the course of the two weekends. In addition to our growing number of staff (vendors, entertainment, volunteers, etc), the event expects to see an increase in attendance from our target audiences over the course of the weekends and into the following years. Event Objectives An objective for the event this year is to exceed $100,000 being given to the Anne and Kids Arts and Education Foundation. The event expects an increased number of attendee s compared to the previous fair s numbers over the course of the event. Target Audience The event is targeted for guests of all ages. Activities There are numerous national acts, entertainment, traditional renaissance fair games, live music, food, drinks, and vendors. Participants will spend their day watching acts, participating in games, and wandering through the fair to see the many things made available.

The event will be announced on several event websites (including regional news calendars), and active on multiple Social Media Platforms. Annie and Kids will be distributing printed materials in the way of flyers, letters, decals (various shapes and sizes), postcards, visible displays from road ways, and other venues. Media support will also include radio and televised exposure.

Should you, as the sponsor, wish to negotiate the type of tickets received with your package please contact us directly to discuss your options. 2 To maintain the ambiance of the fair, sponsors wishing to set up their booths inside the gates will be required to follow the same requirements as our vendors and present a period feel (tent, products, attire). As a result, these quantities will be provided on a first come first serve basis. In the event that a benefit quantity runs out, we will make the appropriate announcements and changes to the Sponsorship levels. Should a sponsor wish to still donate at a sponsorship level which no longer has a limited benefit, we are willing to discuss alternatives.
