3 CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIPS Panel Discussion Conference Kick-off Reception & Morning Keynotes The evening prior to the Eastern Coatings Show all conference attendees, exhibitors and presenters will be invited to meet in a relaxed atmosphere. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Also prior to the first technical session each day there will be a Keynote Presenter. This sponsorship includes all the above where the MC will acknowledge as well as signage mentioning the service noted as provided by will be prominently displayed. $5,000 Conference Luncheons Luncheons will be held each day for all conference attendees in the vicinity. Tote Bags Showcase your brand on official show bags that buyers can pick up at registration and carry throughout the Show to hold materials and giveaways they collect along the way. Show $2,000 production included SIGNAGE ITEMS Aisle Signs Help guide attendees to your booth by featuring your company name and booth number on these signs to increase your visibility to attendees walking the floor. $1,500 per sign, production included Directional Floor Stickers Drive attendees from the hotel walkways, through the trade show floor, directly to your booth. 5 PRINT ADVERTISING Show Program Take advantage of long-term visibility in the official ECS Program/Directory, which is distributed at no charge to all attendees at the registration. Pocket Guide/Map Put your company on the map by sponsoring the Eastern Coatings Show Pocket Guide. This will features a layout of the show floor with a list of exhibitors and their booth numbers.
