6 BOOTH SELECTION Please confirm your booth selection by Sept. 24 th 2015, since booth availability is based on first come first served. We recommend for you to confirm two weeks after sponsorship payment is received. Hotel shall not be liable for safe or timely arrival of any packages sent to hotel. DIRECTIONS TO THE LOADING DOCK There are three (3) freeways that access the hotel. You may approach from I-90 (EastWest), I-405 (North-South), and State Route 520 (East-West). If you are approaching the hotel from a location North or South of Bellevue, your best bet would be to take I-405. If you are approaching from downtown Seattle, take I-90 or State Route 520 (East-West), whichever is closest to you. I-405: Take NE 8th Street westbound. I-90 EASTBOUND: Take I-405 North. Take NE 8th Street westbound. S.R. 520 EASTBOUND: Take I-405 South. Take NE 8th Street westbound. From I-405: Turn right onto 106th Avenue, after taking NE 8th Street exit heading west The loading dock entrance will be on your left hand side before you get to NE 10th St. Head down the steep ramp, which will read Bellevue Place Drive straight ahead to the double gray doors that read Hyatt Regency Bellevue (you are now located on level P2) Freight elevators for the Olympic Tower, Evergreen Ballroom 1st Floor and Grand Ballroom 2nd Floor, are located on the right hand side. Freight elevators for the Cascade Tower, Cedar and Regency Ballrooms 2nd Floor, are located straight through the grey double doors then to your left. 6 P a g e

Company description has to be no more than 100 words. 8 ADVERTISING FORMAT Data Format This is the size in which you must send us your file: 8.7'' x 11.2'' The background or graphical elements which are to be trimmed should extend to the red margin. We will then trim off 0.1''. You must take this into account in the design of your product! Final Format This is the size in which the final program image will be, this is the final format after we have trimmed 0.1'' from the left- and right-hand edges and the top and bottom. 8.5'' x 11'' Bleed 0.1'' (1/10'') This margin is absolutely essential in order to compensate the trimming tolerance. The margin will normally be completely cut off. It is mandatory that background images or areas which are to reach to the edge of the page of your print extend to within this 0.1'' margin, thus ensuring that no thin white margin will be left after trimming. Edge distance 0.2'' (1/5'') In addition, it must be noted that texts and important information are at least 0.2'' away from the original or inner edge. Resolution Your data must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). Color settings Color mode needs to be in CMYK. File formats Generally we prefer PDF files.
