Any exhibitors that do not arrive in the allocated set up time will not be allowed to set up their booth. 4 EXHIBITOR PACKAGES **NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS ALLOWED AT ANY EXPO EVENT** SILVER EXHIBITOR: $2,495 Booth space, 2 room nights at Foxwoods and lunch for 2, business card size ad in the EXPO program. 1 Ticket to our exclusive private dinner. Vehicle placement NOT included. GOLD EXHIBITOR: $4,295 Booth space in a great location, 4 room nights at Foxwoods, lunch for 4, half page ad in the EXPO program and sponsorship of lunch which includes signage and recognition. 4 Tickets to our exclusive private dinner. Vehicle placement included on floor if vehicle is under 11ʼ tall and less than 40ʼ long. If your vehicle is larger then prior dimensions, an optional outdoor placement of vehicle is available. PLATINUM EXHIBITOR: $,500 Booth space in a prime location, room nights at Foxwoods, lunch for, training Session time, full page ad in the EXPO program and sponsorship of lunch and cocktail hour which includes signage, distribution of promotional items and recognition. Tickets to our exclusive private dinner. Vehicle placement included on floor if vehicle is under 11ʼ tall and less than 40ʼ long. If your vehicle is larger then prior dimensions, an optional outdoor placement of vehicle is available. Option to have a snack stationed at your booth throughout the show for an additional cost. EXHIBITOR ADD ONS ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR ES: Additional Hotel Room: $157 per room night Additional Booth Staff: $175 per person Half Page Ad Upgrade: $275 Full Page Ad Upgrade: $560 Dinner Ticket: $15 per person (you can also purchase tickets for customers)

5 BADGES (Exhibitor) Exhibitors must have all badges finalized prior to the deadline, once deadline has passed badges must be made on site prior to the show. Badges will be given out at the registration table on the show floor, not at general registration in the lobby SILVER Sponsor = 2 Badges GOLD Sponsor = 4 Badges PLATINUM Sponsor = Badges HOTEL ROOMS: All hotel room reservations must be finalized prior to 3/2/15. If additional rooms are needed or reservations are made after 3/2/15 there is no guarantee of rooms being available at Foxwoods. Rooms are assigned on a first come first serve basis, any rooms needed after 3/2/15 may only be available at the next closest hotel. PAYMENT FOR SPACE: The full balance of the registration must be paid in full by 3/2/15. If payment has not been received a 25% late fee will be added to your Exhibitor package. CANCELLATIONS: If circumstances occur in which an Exhibitor must cancel prior to 3/2/15, a full refund will be given. If an Exhibitor cancels after 3/3/15, 50% of the sponsorship will be returned. 6 FLOOR LAYOUT/ SPACE ASSIGNMENT Exhibitors have the selection of 3 booth locations, these locations will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Note: assigned booth location may be moved, so please check with staff on Thursday April 17th prior to setting up. There will be place cards on your table with your company name. Exhibitors may identify the names of competitors from whom they wish to have their exhibit booth separated. However, reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments in the best interest of the show. NEW TO THE EXPO THIS YEAR! TO ASSIST IN MAKING OUR EXPO A BETTER FUNCTION FOR ALL THOSE INVOLVED, WE HAVE HIRED AN EXPO MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT WILL BE HANDLING THE FOLLOWING: ALL SHIPMENTS IN & OUT OF FOXWOODS & MATERIAL HANDLING ELECTRICITY THIRD PARTY LABOR TO ASSIST WITH BOOTH SETUP IF NEEDED (at an additional cost) BOOTH EXTRAʼS (carpet options, furnishings & accessories and sign & banners.)
