Agnello alla Grilgia BBQ Lamb Back strap fillet on a warm green bean, cherry tomato, potato and olive tossed salad topped with a fried egg and pan jus. Pollo Mustarda Pancetta wrapped chicken breast filled with a cheese and mustard farce served with green beans, baby carrots, pumpkin puree and a white wine reduction butter sauce.
