1 RuteOne / Advent Integratin Setting Up This guide will explain hw t submit a deal t Frd Mtr Credit r Tyta/Lexus using ecntracting thrugh RuteOne. Fr cmplete integratin details, including the setup prcess, please review the Frd ecntracting r Tyta/Lexus ecntracting setup page in the Advent supprt site. ecntracting a Deal Within the Advent system, submit an ecntracting deal thrugh the Advent Deal Screen. Once a deal has been submitted, lg int RuteOne t view the cntract, make any necessary changes, and then submit the deal t a respective lender. Chsing a Finance Surce Within the Advent system, n the main deal screen, arrw dwn t Lender, and click F1 fr a list f lenders. Chse yur respective lender. Submitting a Deal Frm the Change Deal screen: select F2 - Additinal Functins, B - Vendr Interfaces, 7 - ecntracting Integratins, 5 Tyta, then 6 Frd. Enter the dcument number t be printed. Make any changes needed n the Additinal Input screen, and click F9 t pen the Cntract Submit screen. Click the Submit buttn. 1 rev

2 RuteOne / Advent Integratin On the Lad Cntract screen, select Enter. Yu will have the ptin t print the paper cntract r cntinue t ecntracting withut printing the paper cntract. T print the paper cntract, click F9. T cntinue withut printing the cntract, click F8. T view the cntract and cmplete the submissin t a finance surce, lg int the RuteOne system. 2 rev

3 Cmpleting a Cntract in RuteOne RuteOne / Advent Integratin Within the RuteOne system, click Cntract Manager under the Deals tab. Yur upladed cntract will shw a status f DSP Imprt. Click n the cntract status f DSP Imprt. If mre than ne credit decisin in RuteOne matches the cntract imprted frm a DSP, a selectin screen prmpts yu t select the crrect match, r yu can click Create New Credit Applicatin t pen an applicatin. After making yur selectin, click the Save & Cntinue buttn. The RuteOne Cntract Wrksheet will pen and be ppulated with infrmatin upladed frm yur system. Enter any missing data required by the finance surce. If the selected finance surce supprts Data Validatin, click the Validate buttn. If the selected finance surce des nt supprt Data Validatin, r if yu are nt perfrming validatin n this particular cntract, click the Save buttn t cmplete the ecntract. Editing an ecntract Within the RuteOne system, click Cntract Manager under the Deals tab. Click the custmer name f the cntract yu wish t edit. On Cntract Wrksheet page, click the apprpriate link within the edcuments bx, then click the Edit buttn. Make any required crrectins and prceed frward with Data Validatin r Cntract Generatin. T edit the ecntract, navigate back t yur system, make the necessary edits, and fllw the steps abve fr uplading a cntract t re imprt the cntract int RuteOne. 3 rev

4 RuteOne / Advent Integratin NOTE: If dcumentatin has already been generated in the RuteOne system, yu can nly re-imprt by deleting the PDF versin f the ecntract by clicking the Cntract buttn n the Cntract Package page. Clicking this buttn will delete the cntract package and return yu t the Cntract Wrksheet s that yu may re generate the cntract package. Yu may cmplete the ecntracting prcess within RuteOne. DMS Custm Mapping When a DMS deal is imprted t RuteOne, any elements cming in the Optins r Other Charges sectins are defaulted t the Cash Price field. RuteOne can prvide a dealership with the ptin f mapping these prducts t the field f the dealer s chsing. If a dealer prefers it t remain in the Cash Price, just click the Save buttn. The DMS Custm Mapping page will appear ne time, after a DMS imprted deal has been selected fr ecntracting, r fr new fields that have nt yet been mapped n the cntract wrksheet. Any elements cming in the Optins r Other Charges sectins will be available fr the dealer t custmize the mapping (by clicking the Make Selectin drp-dwn menu fr each item, and then click the Save buttn). Once the mapping selectins have been made, a dealership will nt be prmpted t map thse prducts again n future deals. Dealers may als delete their custm mapping by using the permissins prvided within the System Administratr user prfile by clicking Dealer Inf in the Admin tab. On the Dealer Infrmatin page, in the ecntracting sectin, click the Maintain ecntracting Infrmatin link. Yu will be directed t the ecntract Details page. Click the Click this link t remve all custm DMS imprt mapping link within the Custm DMS Mapping sectin. Cnfirming Matching Mnthly Payment Amunts In rder t imprve functinality, RuteOne has a feature that allws dealers t adjust the Mnthly Payment Amunt t match their DMS system, while remaining within the acceptable tlerance APR limit. T update the cntract wrksheet s that the mnthly payment amunt due matches the payment amunt imprted by the DMS, fllw these steps: 4 rev

5 RuteOne / Advent Integratin The payment schedule will be ppulated with values directly frm the DMS. Simply tab ut f the APR r term field, in rder t run the RuteOne calculatins. If there is a discrepancy between the RuteOne calculated mnthly payment, and the payment amunt frm the DMS, type the DMS payment int the DMS calculated mnthly payment field. After entering an acceptable amunt in the DMS calculated mnthly payment field, click the Verify and Apply buttn. The system will respnd back with a reminder text at the bttm f the TIL sectin and a pp-up alerting the user that the DMS calculated mnthly payment has been applied successfully.
