4 Christmas Private Parties For a tailor made Christmas party with your friends or colleagues, book a stylish Christmas celebration in your personal event suite. Please choose from the menu on the right by selecting one starter, one main course and one dessert for the whole party as a set menu, or by providing us with a full pre-order and seating plan a week before the event. We can also tailor the menu to your requirements simply let us know what you would like. Dietary requirements will be catered for individually. 5 Christmas Day in L Italiano Restaurant Celebrate Christmas in style in our restaurant. We will welcome you with a glass of mulled wine (non alcoholic option available) and provide you with a festive feast. The meal will be completed with live entertainment. The package includes a luxury buffet, half a bottle of recommended wine per adult or soft drinks for children. Christmas Day meal is per adult including VAT and service. Children under 12 eat half price, children under four with our compliments. 6 New Year s Eve in L Italiano Restaurant Celebrate New Year s Eve with a luxury four course buffet dinner in the relaxing yet stylish settings of L Italiano Restaurant. Start with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, followed by a selection of dishes from our hot and cold buffet whilst a brigade of chefs stand by to make the evening memorable in every possible way. Live entertainment will be provided during dinner in the restaurant. Dinner is served in two seatings at 6:30pm and 9:30 pm, price including VAT per adult, children under 12 eat half price, children under four with our compliments. Please note that due to high number of guests that wish to dine on New Year s Eve we ask you to vacate your table within the two hour limit. As the hotel is in the fireworks inclusion area which gets very busy on the night, it is essential to have made a prior booking for New Year s Eve. 6

7 New Year s Eve Celebrations in the Executive Lounge Watch 2013 go out with a bang from our private terrace in shadows of the London Eye! Our Executive Lounge is a perfect place for a private party of up to 30 guests who wish to have their own private terrace. Our urban garden terrace offers a partial view of the London Eye as well as the midnight fireworks from a very close distance. The fireworks, which are always spectacular, promise to take your guests breath away not only will you see the fireworks, you will hear and feel them too! 8 Accommodation Don t want the celebrations to finish early due to the journey home? Continue your evening with us and stay overnight in one of our guest rooms, enjoying a hearty breakfast the following morning! Fantastic room rates are available when you book your Christmas Party with us. Rates start from including VAT and full English breakfast per room per night, and are subject to availability. Upgrades are available to Studio rooms and Suites at a supplement. For an extra special treat we also have a number of fabulous Penthouses with balconies offering spectacular views over London s skyline, which is lit up on New Year s Eve by the fireworks display. 8

10 Terms and conditions 10 How to book: 1. Call our Christmas Co-ordinator to check availability and make a provisional booking. 2. A provisional booking can be held for up to 10 days (except for bookings made in December). We reserve the right to release a provisional booking after 10 days if a deposit is not received on the due date. Please be advised that should another client wish to confirm the dates you are holding provisionally, we may ask for a decision to be made within 24 hours. 3. Final numbers should be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to the event. 4. Menu choices to be advised no later than 10 days in advance. 5. To confirm your booking, please complete the booking form next to this page and return along with the appropriate deposit to Christmas Co-ordinator, Park Plaza County Hall, 1 Addington Street, London, SE1 7RY. 6. For bedroom reservations we require a credit card guarantee for the full price. Payment: 1. A non refundable deposit, per person, is required to confirm the booking within seven days of booking. 2. The balance of the total cost of the party is required four weeks prior to the date of your confirmed party. For bookings made in December, full deposit required on bookings. In case of cancellation or a reduction in numbers, four weeks or less prior to the event the full amount will be retained in lieu of cancellation. 3. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (with a valid banker s card) credit card or BACS. Please make cheques payable to Park Plaza County Hall. 4. We reserve the right to release reservations which are not fully pre-paid when due. Pre-paid deposits will then be retained in lieu of cancellation. 5. Please send all payments for the attention of the Christmas Co-ordinator. 6. Any other charges on the day of the event must be settled on the day by cash, cheque (with valid banker s card) or credit card. Cancellation 1. In case of cancellation or a drop in numbers four weeks prior to the event, the deposit is non-refundable but the balance is returnable (please allow up to four weeks). 2. Forfeited deposit payments cannot be offset against any additional costs incurred on the day. Other conditions 1. Notifications of changes can only be accepted from the party organiser. 2. All prices include personalised service and VAT (except bedrooms). 3. Children under four years of age can attend free of charge and under 12 years for half price. 4. Should the need arise to move a booking to an alternative date due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to do so. In this case you will be informed no less than 10 days in advance.
