Terrey Hills Tavern is the perfect venue for your next event, whether it is a 21 st Birthday or Birthday Milestone, Engagement Party, Christening Reception, Christmas Party, End of Sporting Season Celebration or a Fundraising Drive. With our fabulous new catering options boasting an array of of different menus to suit every taste alongside our well trained and friendly staff you can sit back, relax and make the most of your special occasion. At Terrey Hills Tavern we have a variety of different areas that can be booked out in our under cover spacious and welcoming beer garden. Our beer garden boasts an array of different seating options from traditional seating to comfortable booth seating and relaxed lounge areas. Our outdoor seating is under a heated pergola inspired roof with the view of our spectacular water feature running through the middle of the beer garden. We can cater for functions of between people. FUNCTION AREAS Beer Garden Zone A This area is located at the rear of our beer garden and includes four booths on the western edge. It has a variety of seating options to suit your individual needs and is suitable for groups of up to 100 people. Beer Garden Zone B This area is to the left hand side of our beer garden. We can cater for many varied sizes and configurations. We can handle groups from 30 to 150 in this space. Bistro - We also have a variety of indoor and outdoor seating options and banquettes in the bistro for group bookings. Please note that bistro seating is for a la carte only.

2 CATERING Our Newly designed Functions menu consists of 5 different options (minimum of 30 people). We recommend you cater for the amount of guests attending the function to ensure there is enough food available for all your guests; however, we can cater to any numbers that you require. Food selections are required to be ed through to nicholask@ferosgroup.com.au no later than one (1) week prior to the date of the function. OPTION 1 is $20 per head and involves the following: Our standard evening finger food package is $20 per head and is structured to come out over an extended period. The Terrey Hills Tavern aims to cater for all dietary and budgetary requirements so if the following is not suitable for any reason, please let us know.if you have any questions in regards to the menu please contact our Executive Chef joelg@ferosgroup.com.au The format of our standard evening package involves: 1 st Serving Choice of any 2 crostini s. 2 nd Serving Bruschetta with your choice of topping 3 rd Serving Mezze (Antipasto) platters. 4 th Serving Pizza. You are able to choose pizzas from our regular menu. Each pizza has 8 slices (2-3 slices per head) 5 th Serving Hot Canapés. Choose any 4 hot canapés. Serving times will depend on the time of the function and the Function Area booked. 15 minutes is generally the timeframe between each serving.

7 PLATTERS We have a variety of platters available if requested. Below is a guide to our range. Platters are charged on a per head basis and prices vary for each platter. ANTIPASTO PLATTER A selection of char-grilled vegetables, marinated olives and fetta, artichokes, roasted capsicum, pesto dips served with toasted ciabatta. ANTIPASTO MISTO Selection of cold meats, marinated octopus, marinated squid and toasted ciabatta. COLD SEAFOOD PLATTER Oysters, prawns, blue swimmer crab, chilli garlic octopus and coriander lime mussels. HOT SEAFOOD PLATTER Oysters Mornay and Kilpatrick, beer battered fish cocktails, salt and pepper squid, tempura green prawns, mussels, garlic prawns and chilli octopus. TAPAS PLATTER Fried chorizo, meatballs, mussels in chilli tomato, potatoes braves, Spanish omelette and aioli. CRUDITÉS Crunchy vegetables served with a selection of dips. MEZZE PLATTE: Selection of homemade dips; hummus, tzatziki, baba ghanoush, chargrilled eggplant, olives, fetta and stuffed tomatoes served with toasted pita bread.

8 TERMS & CONDITIONS Catering times for functions are 12pm-3pm and 5pm-9pm, with approximately 15 minute intervals between courses is available from 7:30pm Saturday nights (alternate times may be arranged at the head chefs discretion) There is no area hire or deposit. Please note that these premises are licensed and as such, age restrictions apply. No food is allowed to be brought onto the premise without authorisation from function co-ordinator. Birthday Cake is the only exception. The management of Terrey Hills Tavern reserve the right to shut down any function if there is any unlawful behaviour on our premises. 9 RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL AND UNDERAGE GUESTS Terrey Hill Tavern prides itself on its responsible service of alcohol policy and in turn the reputation of its hotel facilities. Please be aware that whilst you are at the hotel, you are on licensed premises and as such, intoxication is not permitted. It is the responsibility of both the staff and those present at the function to adhere to this policy and any intoxicated persons will be forced to leave the premises. We ask for your utmost co-operation in this matter to ensure an enjoyable evening for all guests. We are happy to cater for underage guests at Terrey Hills Tavern please be aware that minors are required by law to be in the company and immediate presence of a parent or legal guardian at all times on licensed premises and must remained in an authorised area of the hotel. These include our private function rooms, the Lounge Bar, Bistro and Outdoor areas. Minors must vacate the premises half an hour after our bistro closing on any night.

10 LIQUOR ACT 1982 It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Maximum Penalty is $5,500. If there are guests at your function under the age of 18, they are by law required to be in the company and immediate presence of a responsible adult at all times. We require the names of all minors and their legal guardians who will be responsible for them on the night. Our bar staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol and will definitely not serve alcohol to minors. If another adult attending the party supplies a minor with alcohol, they will have committed an offence under the Liquor Act as listed above.
