3 Availability // FRIDAY & SATURDAY: until 10pm SUNDAY THURSDAY: until 3am Please note that food bookings are served no later than 9pm. Guests are more than welcome to stay and continue drinking in the bar following your booking. Costs // For a standard length event (2-5 hours), our downstairs bar can be privately hired without fee, provided a minimum lower bar spend of 300 is achieved. Due to Friday and Saturday nights being our busiest, minimum spend for private hire is 1,000. An initial deposit of 100 will be required to secure your booking which will be fully refunded if the minimum spend is met. Where the amount taken falls below minimum spend for your party, the 100 deposit will be taken as room hire. An additional 5 per head deposit is required 1 week in advance for those eating. This will also be minused from your bill. Music // free & Exclusive party Hire Our downstairs bar is equipped with a high spec pa. 5 cocktail masterclasses 30 per person // All of our cocktail masterclasses can be booked for groups of 6 30 guests and include the company and expertise of one of our resident bar tenders. Each has been packaged to suit a range of occasions. So whether you re planning a hen, stag or birthday party, corporate teambuilding event or simply want to change up your usual night out in town by kicking off the evening on the other side of the bar, then we can help you out. Each of your party will get the chance to taste all 5 cocktails and make (and drink) at least one of their favourites from the tasting. As always, the class concludes with a little activity designed to bring out your competitive spirit which will also give you the chance to win additional cocktails! Choose from our 3 classes: X Classic Cocktails Timeless drinks you ve always wanted to learn about. X Latino Masterclass - Hopping from Mexico and Brazil to Cuba and beyond, this fun-filled journey will allow you to taste four native delights from some of Sandinista s favourite countries. X Tiki Masterclass - Celebrates our favourite things; rum, fire, exotic fruit, elaborate garnishes and, just for good measure, more rum. Availability // For groups of 6 30 people, everyday subject to availability. Cost // Masterclasses cost 30 per person and require a 5 per person deposit; this will be subtracted from your bill on the day. Extra s // We can offer the option of a meal as an add-on, which can be served before or after your class. 6 the small Print // We will try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your booking requirements, and we are more than happy with you to bring in your own decorations or a birthday cake! Entry is free of charge so guests are welcome to stay in the bar as long as they wish after the booking, please note that the private hire area will be open to the rest of our customers past 10pm. Sandinista plays a classic mix of rock, punk, indie, funk, soul and reggae, DJs play 10pm - 3am Friday and 10pm - 4am on Saturday nights. Making A Booking // After your initial enquiry, to confirm your booking we require a deposit of 100 (payable by BACS, Cash or cheque) - please note that until we receive a deposit your booking may only be treated as provisional. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Please note bookings are taken & confirmed on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to pay your deposit promptly to avoid disappointment. We will always let you know if another party is interested in the same date as you so you have ample opportunity to pay your deposit.. Please note that deposit cheques will be cashed as a reserve for the booking. We hold all deposit payments until the end of your booking, at this time we will return them in full unless any additional payment is required. Food orders need to be placed a minimum of 1 week in advance of an event. An additional 5 deposit per person for food is due in full 7 days in advance of an event. 7 terms & conditions // 1. Sandinista is operated by Sandinista Ltd. 2. Hire or the promise of exclusivity over an agreed time period is only valid as long as the guests conduct themselves in a civil and proper manner. Abuse towards staff, either physical or verbal will not be tolerated, and may lead to the cancellation of the party. Where this occurs, the deposit will not be returned. 3. The management reserves the right to refuse entry, or request any guest to leave, should they infringe the law according to provisions and guidelines set out in the Personal License as held by the manager on duty. 4. Re-entry is not guaranteed should you or any of your party leave the venue at any point.
