For Athens and Piraeus only, 25% discount. For Athens, Piraeus and Thessaloniki only, 20% discount. For outside Athens only, 25% discount. For Thessaloniki only, 50% discount. Additional Insert Expenses 1. Free floating inserts, without bag (upon customer request): 0,01 per issue for insert expenses. 2. Free floating insert on specific page (upon customer request): 0,02 per issue for insert expenses. 3. poly-bagged free floating insert (upon customer request): Cost of bagging 0,03 per issue. Special agreements apply for all other forms and options. Inserts 1. Inserts published on magazine paper will be charged an additional 100% on the regular insert rate. 2. Department store inserts, once approved by the magazine, will be charged an additional 100% on the pricelist rates. 3. Multi-product inserts will be charged as per the current pricelist rates, while featured advertisers will be additionally charged as per the pricelist. for plan 8 pgs. > -20% + 2 free pages for plan 10 pgs. > -25% + 3 free pages for A plan 15 pages and over there is special agreement *Free pages cost 50 per page 1. Each plan of the above scale works independently. 2. Association listings are calculated as a whole for maximum discount benefits. 3. The above services are valid on the condition of drafting a contract detailing the total number of adverts as well as the time frame. 4. For programmes not executed as planned, listings that have already been charged according to discount scale or other agreement will be charged retrospectively according to relevant additional costs. 5. Discounts will be calculated for advertisements published by 31/12/ The above scale is also valid for special shapes and forms. Attention! All the aforementioned insert rates are valid once submission of final sample has been received by the magazine s advertising department and following written approval, at least 15 days prior to circulation date. Targeted Sampling The cost of hosting targeted sampling is agreed on a project to project basis. Work cost: 0,054 per issue. In case of cardboard box use, aforementioned cost incurs an additional 0,02 per issue. Attached Envelopes 1. product sample in an envelope or small counter card (attached): 50% charge on page rate. 2. Attach regular insert (4page etc.) in envelope or not: 50% charge on page rate. 3. For all other cases, rate subject to agreement. It is assumed that the above advertising inserts will be small in size, otherwise an additional 0,02 per issue will be charged for attaching expenses.

5 WH PRICELIST MAGAZINE Financial Terms and Conditions 1. Pricelist rates are charged with current legal costs and fees. 2. Invoice payment must take place by the end of the following month of the date of issue. Post-dated cheques accepted up to maximum of 5 months. 3. Cash payments in full benefit from discounts relevant to total invoice sum and credit duration. 4. pages referred to in pricelist as special pages, as well as listings published on specific pages are charged as per pricelist rates, upon customer request. Otherwise, listings are charged as per regular page rates. 5. Alternative listings in other Mass Media are charged with 80% discount on pricelist rates, are not subject to discount scale and are published only upon space availability. 6. listings for companies Identity Media or its shareholders have stakes in are charged 50 per listing. In addition, listings of Identity Media partner companies, which provide Identity Media readers with products or services, will also be charged at the same rate. 7. Self-promotion listings of advertising companies are published only upon space availability, benefit from 50% discount and are not subject to any additional discounts. 8. The magazine can offer free space (upon availability) to nonprofit organisations and associations for nonprofit or cultural goals, for example UNICEF, GREENPEACE, ANTI-CANCER. 9. listings cancellations must be expressed in writing and received by Advertising Department 25 days prior to circulation date. Otherwise, the listings will be charged as per pricelist rates and will not be subject to any discounts. 10. Association listings are calculated as a whole for maximum discount benefits. For programmes not executed as planned, listings that have already been charged according to discount scale or other agreement will be charged retrospectively according to relevant additional costs. Publication Specifications Listings must comply with the EDEE code for journalism ethics. The magazine reserves the right to refuse publication of listings that do not conform to its aesthetics or opposes its principles or interests. In cases where listings may be considered magazine content (without prior agreement for advertorials), the magazine has the right to label listing as Advertisement. Listings for tobacco and alcohol products with more than 35% alcohol content are not allowed. Inserts, Bookazines, Cards, Samples or other preferences are approved subject to precise specifications and proof submitted 15 days prior to circulation date, as well as taking technical issues into consideration. Rates are then calculated accordingly. ATTENTION! In cases of inserts printed without prior submission and approval of final proofs, the magazine reserves the right to invoice and collect the appropriate rate from the main advertiser or partner advertising firm, regardless of the amount mentioned in the publication order. Publication Specifications The magazine accepts separations that must be accompanied by a preliminary colour proof for the best possible printing quality. In cases where final proof has not been sent or there are changes or deviations after printing, the magazine assumes no liabilities. The magazine is published with offset printing and spine gluing.
