3 Advertising Conference Map Drive traffic to your booth and create massive exposure for your company by advertising on 40,000 fold-out conference maps distributed to attendees on-site. Approximately 40,000 conference programs are distributed on-site to conference attendees providing detailed information on the technical sessions, special events, and exhibition. Participants often keep the programs after the conference to use as a reference tool. Full-, half-, and quarterpage ads are available. Full Page Ad with Adhesive Tabs This advertising opportunity offers a way to help attendees reference important information in the OTC conference program. More than just an ad, attendees can peel off adhesive tabs from your full page ad to mark pages that are important to them. Your company logo or a specific marketing message can be printed on each of the 11 adhesive tabs and/or the imprint area underneath the tabs. You also receive another full page ad on the back side of the page. This ad will be printed by 3M, which is an industry leader in adhesive products Exhibitor Listing Banners Make your company stand out with your company s name, web address, and booth number on a one-inch color strip down the side of every page of the exhibitor listing in the OTC conference program. OTC Mobile App Promote your company year-round on the OTC mobile app for iphone, ipad, and Android. All exhibitors receive the Green Package at no charge, but you can enhance your visibility with a Splash ad, alerts, banner ads, and several other unique opportunities. OTC Show Newspaper The Official OTC Show Newspaper will have exclusive distribution points in NRG Center, NRG Arena, official hotels, and the Hart booth. To ensure your message reaches OTC attendees, reserve your advertising space today! Space is limited and sells out quickly! OTC-TV This new sponsorship offers a number of specialized, highly efficient and costeffective promotional video opportunities providing both an immediate and ongoing return on your investment. Screens will be placed in NRG Center, NRG Arena, and the OTC Parkway providing exposure throughout the venue with video sponsorships every hour. Belly Band The first information conference attendees will see when picking up their program is your company s advertisement on the belly band wrapped around the outside. Web Banner Ads Promote your company s presence on the official OTC conference website before, during, and after the event. 4 Sponsorships Companies who spend $25,000 or more in sponsorships and/or advertising, if confirmed prior to deadlines, are recognized in the website, preview, program, Proceedings, and onsite signage. The prior year s sponsors will have the first opportunity to renew that particular sponsorship. Should a company not renew, the sponsorship will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. All artwork must be approved by OTC prior to implementation. Annual OTC Dinner This event brings greater recognition to our industry colleagues who have made outstanding achievements to the offshore energy industry while raising funds for a worthy cause. Sponsorships offered at multiple levels. Aisle Signs Aisle signs are a simple and cost-effective way to broaden your company s exposure across the exhibit halls. These signs are hung on every exhibition aisle in NRG Center and NRG Arena. Purchase a section that is near your booth, or purchase all of the sections for maximum exposure. Carpet Logos Attendees do a lot of walking at OTC, and what better way to promote your company than to remind them about you as they walk! Carpet logos can be placed throughout NRG Center and NRG Arena anywhere except the main aisle. Cell Phone Charging Stations Reach attendees while they charge their cell phones. With a 37 LCD screen and 24 charging tips, the charging stations contain two advertising components: an LCD screen capable of slide shows and video with sound; and an exterior vinyl wrap for branding. Coffee Cup Sleeves This sponsorship gives you the chance to reach a large audience. Your personalized coffee cup sleeve will provide a creative way to get your name out, and keep people safe at the same time. Conference Bags Promote your company to thousands of attendees each day of the conference! Conference bags are a valuable commodity and an essential resource for the attendee experience. The conference bags will be distributed at various registration counters to the first 8,000 attendees. Conference Preview This sponsorship offers an excellent way to get your message out to a global audience prior to OTC. The OTC Conference Preview is mailed to approximately 50,000 past attendees and OTC sponsoring organizations members in North America. This sponsor receives a full page ad and their logo on the cover artwork of the mailer. Escalator Runners Because OTC activities take place on both levels of NRG Center, four sets of escalators provide conference participants with access to the technical sessions on the second floor. As a sponsor of the escalator runners, your company receives recurring ads every 4 to 6 feet (depending on artwork) for approximately 80 feet of escalator space. Exhibit Entrances At NRG Center, five entrances lead conference participants from the lobby into the exhibition. At NRG Arena, two entrances lead conference participants from the lobby into the exhibition. This is an ideal opportunity to promote your company on and off the exhibit floor and provides landmark recognition. As an exhibit entrance sponsor, your company receives three, four-sided column wraps and one 6 x10 lobby banner. Exhibit Locators Reach attendees as they plan their way around the OTC exhibits before they arrive onsite with the interactive Exhibit Locator. The interactive floor plan loads quickly offering a searchable exhibitor database on various criteria with bookmark capability. This pre-show planning tool also allows the attendees to print maps of the booths they have bookmarked ahead of time. These print-outs include your logo. Gobos in NRG Center Lobby Gobos are visual, motion-activated displays of a company s logo, which are projected on the walls of NRG Center. Exact locations to be determined. 5

5 Indoor and Outdoor Banners Indoor and outdoor banners are a great way to inform OTC attendees where your booth is located and what you are promoting before they even get inside the exhibit floor. With various sizes and locations available, a banner will put your company first in mind as attendees begin their OTC experience. International Mailer This sponsorship offers an excellent way to get your message out to a global audience prior to OTC. The OTC International Mailer is mailed to 50,000 international past attendees and OTC sponsoring organizations members. This sponsor receives a full page ad and their logo on the cover artwork of the mailer. The Next Wave Program The Next Wave program is the perfect opportunity for your company to make its presence known to future leaders in the energy industry. This exciting program is designed for E&P professionals under the age of 35 who are looking to expand and grow their role within the industry. Your company can choose to sponsor The Next Wave luncheon, The Next Wave reception, or become the exclusive sponsor by sponsoring The Next Wave program. Show your company s commitment to the success of the future leaders of the energy industry and become a sponsor. Internet Stations The OTC Internet Station is a unique area on the first level of NRG Center that allows conference participants to stay connected while attending OTC. As a sponsor, your company website is set as the default home page and screensaver. Exhibiting company provides the screensaver and URL. Lanyards Lanyards put your company s name around the necks of thousands of attendees. OTC coordinates the onsite distribution of lanyards. As a sponsor, your company receives distribution of 10,000 lanyards with your company logo. Topical Breakfasts and Luncheons OTC s topical breakfasts and luncheons offers top executives from major IOCs, NOCs and independent operators. Presentations cover a wide variety of management, implementation, research, and technology-related issues. Select a breakfast or luncheon and reach an average of 200 dedicated professionals within your target market. As a sponsor, your company will receive your logo displayed on signage, 1 reserved table (seats 10), 40 guest card registrations, company logo tent card displayed at each table, and an area to display your promotional materials. With many breakfasts and luncheons taking place each day of the conference, you are sure to find the perfect one for your company to sponsor. Registration As the OTC registration sponsor, your company has the opportunity to have an insert in the badge mailing, branding on various registration locations, advertisting in the program and your logo on the registration confirmation s. Wi-Fi OTC offers its attendees the opportunity to connect to the internet with their own computers by purchasing daily or hourly Wi-Fi access in the common areas of NRG Park. Your marketing profile and URL link will be displayed on four web pages while attendees and other event participants go through the process of setting up and/or using a wireless account in the facility. When your marketing profile is clicked, your website will open up a window to allow attendees to visit your site and view all content hosted on that server, even if they have not purchased wireless service. 6

6 Put the Spotlight on Your New Technology The Spotlight on New Technology SM program is designed specifically for OTC exhibitors to showcase their most recent, noteworthy technologies. To be considered for the Spotlight on New Technology Program, technology must meet four criteria: 1. New and innovative 2. Proven 3. Broad industry appeal 4. Significant industry impact Submit Your Application If your company is exhibiting at OTC and your technology merits the spotlight, prepare your application now. The deadline for applications is 9 December Instructions for submitting your applications will be available online. To qualify, applications must be thoroughly completed and include the USD 2,500 entry fee. Entries are limited to two per exhibiting company. Entries must include a company logo, completed form, and high-resolution graphic of the technology. Companies will be notified in late February Benefits of Participation Companies chosen to receive the Spotlight on New Technology Award receive: Acknowledgement in an OTC press release Advanced recognition on the OTC website Acknowledgement at an on-site awards event with press invited Recognition in a special four-color, multi-page section of the OTC conference program Spotlight on New Technology Small Business Award In support and recognition of innovative technologies being developed by small businesses (less than 300 employees), OTC has created a new Small Business Award. Up to two companies may receive this prestigious award.
