Plaris HP is a device that emits exactly this energy, but yu can als use it as a traditinal bistimulatin therapy unit. Plaris HP unit may cntain tw emissin surces with the wavelengths f 808 nm and 980 nm. The selectin f these values is assciated with a desire t influence certain biphysical mechanisms that have a beneficial effect n the selected prcesses in the bdy. And s in the case f 808 nm, it gives a strng bistimulatin effect. This wavelength range is strngly absrbed by cytchrmes. 980 nm is strngly absrbed by water. 2 Plaris HP BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF HIGH POWER LASER THERAPY In rder t enable efficient and precise deep intratissue laser therapy, a special DILA adapter has been develped (Deep Intratissue Laser Adapter). It is revlutinary ptical system, which allws fr laser beam frmatin in such a way t cmpensate pwer lss in surface tissues. The applicatin f adapter reduces the thermal effect in the skin and subcutaneus tissue. The DILA adapter is particularly applied in the case f deeply lcated tissues, such as: deeply situated intramuscular changes, deep scars and trigger pints. After 30 sec. f irradiatin with 5 cm 2 applicatin adapter, the surface temperature f the treatment area increased frm 33.9 t 41.3 C. The exact parameters have been applied fr the irradiatin with the use f DILA adapter f the treatment area with the same structure. The temperature at the skin surface increased frm 33.9 t 34.1 C.
