We are currently looking for top caliber individuals to join our team Accounting Assistant for Billing & Collection Monitor the Collection process Send reminder letters to buyers Follow up account status Send billings to Joint Venture partner or affiliate Monitor and follow up billings Post Dated Check management Monitor returned checks and preparation of formal notice Manage Credit Card/Debit Card transactions Monitor buyers direct deposit and wire transfer Maintain Consolidated Monthly Collection Report Handle buyers query regarding payments made Monthly bank reconciliation Graduate of BS Accountancy Background in real estate operations is an advantage Must have good communication and interpersonal skills Highly analytical and willing to work long hours Keen attention to details and highly organized Must be computer literate and results-oriented Personable, articulate and a team player

2 Accounting Assistant Validation of supporting documents Preparation of accounts payable (AP) vouchers Definition of accounting entries Check preparation with prior and complete approval Analysis of AP related accounts Proper filing of accountable documents Posting of disbursements and journal vouchers Preparation of transmittals to branches Preparation of Monthly Alphalist of Payees (MAP)/Data Entry Graduate of BS Accountancy Background in real estate operations is an advantage Must have good communication and interpersonal skills Highly analytical and willing to work long hours Keen attention to details and highly organized Must be computer literate and results-oriented Personable, articulate and a team player Purchasing Assistant Provide support to the purchase needs of the Marketing Department and assist procurement activities of all branches Handle the complete procurement cycle for the purchase requirements and ensure that they are procures according to the time limit, cost, quality and specifications Regular updates and records of administrative and supplier s database Reconcile and follow-up deliveries of purchase order Receive, check and monitor all supplies deliveries Evaluate offers of suppliers by comparing specifications, prices, payment terms and delivery dates to effectively identify and propose supplier with the best bid Proper filing of supplier quotations, product catalogues and publications Identification and implementation of cost-saving initiates Graduate of BS Marketing, BS Accountancy or any business related course With at least 1 year work experience in purchasing, procurement and/or inventory Must have effective oral and written communication skills and integrity Demonstrates assertiveness and good negotiating skills Familiarity in database management, purchase order and check preparation is an advantage Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and very keen to details Proficient in computer applications specifically in MS Word and MS Excel

7 Branch Officer (Cebu/Davao) Monitors weekly and monthly sales targets and sees to it that these are being met in terms of sales volume and corresponding peso value; recruitment targets in terms of activation and generation of newly-recruited Sales Representatives Prepares monthly year-end and sales analysis report Prepares and proposes payment terms that can support in the achievement of sales targets Checks budget allocation based on scheduled activities of all projects such as open houses, saturations, recruitment drives, sales assemblies, annual sales parties, etc. Proposes supplemental trainings/sales clinics needed by the Sales force Handles consequential interview for new Area Sales Directors and Independent brokers and recommends applicants for an interview with the Vice President of Sales Validates SR qualifiers for promotion, annual sales awardees, and SR s inclusion on sales assemblies, sales incentives and annual Christmas parties Prepares request for approval of buyers request on special pricing and payment terms Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Preferably female At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales specifically in real estate Must have a ready pool of Sales people Can recruit, train and manage sales people Must have an excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills With strong leadership and motivational skills Must be willing to work in Cebu/Davao City Can start immediately
