AIRCRAFT TECHNICAL SPECIALIST Position Code: PRAATS Provide technical guidance and support to the PAL fleet or specialty group; act as technical consultant to and for the airline in its area of specialization; focal point for all technical matters related to aircraft operation including accidents, incidents, investigations, legal issues and commercial issues; ensure Engineering policies and procedures meet the needs of Philippine Airlines and comply with Civil Air Regulations/ Federal Aviation Regulations; preserve and enhance the safety and reliability of aircraft, engines, avionics and related equipment through performance of its responsibilities Must be a Filipino citizen Graduate of an Engineering course (degree relevant to the maintenance of aircraft/aircraft components) or a 2 year aviation-related technical college education Must possess good oral and written communication skills Computer literate BUSINESS ANALYST Position Code: PRBA Responsible for identifying business automation needs, assessing the impact on the existing operational processes, capturing and documenting requirements, determining solutions to business problems and then ensuring that functional/operational requirements are delivered by IT at the same time supporting the business through the implementation process.

2 Must be a graduate of a four- or five-year course preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or any business related course. Must have three (3) to four (4) years of exposure to business functions preferably in the areas of airline operations. Experience as a Key User in a major system implementation is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate expertise on a business process and on the application that supports it. Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking ability. Must have the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with people and manage their expectations. Must have the ability to anticipate and resolve problems. CARGO REVENUE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST Position Code: PRCRMS To provide Cargo Sales Team with effective market strategy, updated product development and accurate leads and information regarding the industry and market competition that will help meet or even exceed the target budget assigned to the team Graduate of a four-year course, preferably Business Administration At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, with basic knowledge of Cargo Sales and Operations organization and transactions, preferably with accounting background Must possess effective oral and written communication skills Should be computer literate. At least a 4 year college degree graduate preferably in Aeronautics or background in Meteorology Two years experience in an Airline or Meteorological office Proficient in English language Expertise in all aspects of Meteorology including interpretation of weather charts, prognostic charts, weather satellites and typhoon tracking which can be explained to the pilots

7 QUALITY ASSURANCE AUDITOR (FOR MAINTENANCE) Position Code: PRQAAM Compiles objective evidence through continuous audit and surveillance of the different facets of PAL maintenance, engineering and operations discipline to determine whether business is being conducted in accordance with established company policies, procedures, Aviation Authority requirements and best industry practices. College graduate of any four-year course or preferably BS Engineering Courses (Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) Must have at least four years work experience in the airline industry preferably as any of the following: o Senior Aircraft maintenance engineer/technicial o Airworthiness insperctor or QA Auditor o Aviation industry instructor Experience in auditing is an advantage Have undergone at least ATA specification 104 level 2 or level 4 aircraft / component training Possess a valid CAAP AMT or AMS license REVENUE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS (JR REVENUE MANAGEMENTSPECIALIST, JR REVENUE ANALYST, JR SYSTEMS SPECIALIST) Position Code: PRRMS Assumes the significant role of steering the company towards profitability by maximizing each flight s revenues from passenger loads through competitive fare products, effective pricing strategies and dynamic flight seats allocation decisions in support of corporate revenue and profit objectives University degree in either of the following fields: Statistics, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics and other related courses Must have excellent mathematical and analytical skills Must have problem-solving ability and good business knowledge Work experience in related field is an advantage; open to fresh graduates SALES AND SERVICES AGENT (FOR BACOLOD AND CATICLAN STATIONS) Position Code: PRSSA Assist customers in planning and constructing desired itineraries; compute route fares and foreign currency conversions; issue tickets, etc. for domestic and international travels Must be a Filipino citizen Must not be more than 28 years old Must be a 4-year college graduate Above average oral and written communication skills

Graduate of a four-year course from a reputable school, preferably a Microsoft-partner institution, with a degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field. 9 PAL EXPRESS - CABIN CREW Position Code: 2PCC Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. 19 to 26 years old Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. With flying experience as a Cabin Crew, an advantage Preferably single with good moral character.
