1 SENIOR MANAGER, CASH MANAGEMENT SALES TRANSACTION BANKING Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in any field. Minimum 10 years of banking experiences in Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking Good product knowledge including Trade Finance and Cash Management Good interpersonal skills, result-oriented and displays consistent performance Independent and resourceful, evidenced by high initiative in solving problems and issues Strong credit and risk analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills; Strong business development skills, performance driven and sales-oriented Ability to engage with people at all levels Strong leadership and people development capabilities Self-starter, result oriented, a team player and highly organized Fluent Cantonese and conversational Mandarin Partnering with client coverage teams and other business units, to grow Cash Management business by acquiring new Cash Management clients and identify potential business opportunity to achieve CM Revenue Target in GC deepen our wallet share on our clients Cash Management business to achieve individual CM Revenue Target Support cash management product development and related projects Streamline TB processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Participate and work with Head Office on Cash Management initiatives; including regional strategies, preposition and product development Cross-selling to other banking products including Trade Finance, Global Markets, Loans etc Provide and share market & product update with client coverage teams / other product partner Onboard new CM clients in GC locally and regionally Referral to other business line and cross-selling Maintain healthy and up-to-date pipeline and call reports Facilitate activities related to CM projects and products Coordinate team activities on Implement CM solutions and expand CM portfolio Referral to other business line and cross-selling Arrange regular training sessions or meetings within TB or with other business partners

2 SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER CORPORATE BANKING Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in any field. At least 5 years relevant experience in Corporate Banking Sales and relationship management Good product knowledge including Trade Finance, Cash Management, Global Markets Good interpersonal skills, result-oriented and displays consistent performance Independent and resourceful, evidenced by high initiative in solving problems and issues Strong credit and risk analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills; Strong business development skills, performance driven and sales-oriented Ability to engage with people at all levels Strong leadership and people development capabilities Self-starter, result oriented, a team player and highly organized Fluent Cantonese and conversational Mandarin Less experiences will be considered as Manager / Assistant Manager Maintain and develop rapport with customers to grow GB business and encourage utilization. Scan and look out for new potential and viable business accounts per Greater China strategies To cross-sell in Maybank products and draft of letter of offers Work on financial solutions according to clients need and negotiate for appropriate terms and conditions which are acceptable to both Bank and client. Conduct all required credit checks and company searches and ensure quality and accuracy of AA submitted for credit approval. Conduct site visit, periodical business visit and interviews Follow up on credit acceptance of credit facilities and fulfillment of conditions precedents. Ensure annual reviews are done as scheduled. Follow up closely on accounts that exhibit problem signs and take the necessary actions for NPL prevention. Prepare NACE if an early warning signal is detected. Develop actions plans if clients credits deteriorate. Increasing competition among banks(pricing, products, terms and speed) Increasing sophisticated services to meet client expectations Internal support in whole service supply chain

3 SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / RELATIONSHIP MANAGER CLIENT COVERAGE Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experiences and management experiences Good product knowledge including Trade Finance, Cash Management, Global Markets Less experiences will be considered as Manager / Assistant Manager Good interpersonal skills, result-oriented and displays consistent performance Independent and resourceful, evidenced by high initiative in solving problems and issues Strong credit and risk analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills; Strong business development skills, performance driven and sales-oriented Ability to engage with people at all levels Strong leadership and people development capabilities Aggressive self-starter, result oriented, a team player and highly organized High proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin speaking is preferred Responsible for corporate banking & client coverage business of China/HK Corporates and MNC Businesses; Proactively enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve business targets; Develop and acquire new business to deepen business relationships with existing & potential clients in the identified market segment; Provide investment advices and tailor-made solutions to clients; Cross sell various banking products including syndication, cash management, trade and Global Markets products, structured finance etc; Work closely with counterparts in other countries to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing, and product positioning in the region; Monitor underlying credit risk through effective risk management.

4 EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE & CENTRALIZED PAYMENT Candidate must be with a Higher / Advanced Diploma in business related discipline or above Minimum 5 years relevant experience in banking industry Possess strong integrity and compliance concept Good knowledge of retail/branch/cash management banking products and services, operations and procedures Good knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to AML and KYC. Knowledge of other regulatory requirements an added advantage Good interpersonal skills, result-oriented, and displays consistent performance Independent and resourceful, evidenced by high initiative in solving problems and issues A highly organized self-starter and team player Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Responsible for external and internal administrative support Responsible for new accounts opening and related documentations Conduct periodic customer risk profile assessment Handle customer s deposit taking or withdrawals and inward or outward remittances Process interbank payment transfer Update customer s profile, signature and account status Reply customers / bankers / government related enquires Prepare monthly report and participate in ad hoc projects Support the growth of cash management business through the provision of cash management solutions to internal as well as external clients

Work with HO to identify any new business/referral so as to explore more new business opportunity Acquire new client which match with our bank credit appetite and in-line with our bank business strategy, achieve revenue target and trade asset target and push for trade utilization on target amount Provide the share market & product update with client coverage teams / other product partner Support and work with Head Office and product development team to establish and promote new trade products and program Assist the on-board and monitor the usage of TradeConnex / other e-banking customer Generate internal management reports by conducting researches, collecting in-house data, and designing the format and presentation of the reports Arrange and record the details of all internal trade meetings Conduct business / industry research in helping Head of Trade to formula respective business strategy Demonstrate the professional skill to Maybank s customers
