1 Institutional Operations Associate (Foreign Exchange) We are seeking career minded and independent individuals for an entry level full-time position in our Institutional Operations department. The Institutional Operations Associate will be part of a global team providing operational support to Introducing Broker Sales department and international network of Introducing Brokers. Deliver support and maintenance of Introducing Brokers and various customized arrangements. Provide ongoing customer service through the use of , phone and online chat. Compile scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs, such as volume, PnL calculation and reconciliation Experience & Skills: Degree holder, major in Economics, Finance or Computer Science is preferred Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Japanese fluency is a plus but not required 2 year working experience - Experience gained from Finance / Banking industry is an advantage Strong PC and word-processing in both English and Chinese Computer literate - intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (prepare complex formulas, pivot charts and Macro s a plus) Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment Self starter and able to work with minimal supervision Responsible and attentive to detail, strong customer focus Must be able to work on a quarterly basis rotating shift (Day shift 8 AM - 5 PM / Night shift 3 PM - 12 AM) Company Benefit Statement: Fixed base salary plus discretionary quarterly bonuses 5 day work week Competitive compensation for full benefits including Clinic, Dental, Hospital, Life Insurance Comprehensive training programs: Full time classroom training for new hirer, On-job training, in deep FX regulations & compliance training Excellent career prospects
