We are not looking for someone to make changes to the existing website, but rather to come up with a brand new website design. The current website was designed using Microsoft Expressions and Adobe Photoshop. The new website can be designed in another program. Job Type: Purchase Order Specialist #6071 Duration: Contract to Hire RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as review role for uploading bids and purchase requisitions to CRM to ensure stable pricing from contractors. Review and ensure bid information is accurate and resolve issues as needed by internal and external users. Run costing reports, reconcile and post daily construction receipts in Great Plains for executive review. Review and reconcile PO s between Great Plains and CRM. Research and resolve any issues that arise to avoid duplicate payment. Oversee all purchase requisitions processed through Scribe and associated maintenance between CRM and GP to avoid payment errors. Performs other duties as assigned by AVP. Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner. Performs job duties in order to be fully compliant and in coordination of the entire support functions of Maintenance. Ensures that the organizational systems, programs, policies and procedures are implemented as required and that the department complies with relevant legal mandates. The WFM Analyst must be proactive, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines within a fast paced and dynamic environment. Must have good mathematical skills and a basic understanding of contact center and workforce management terminology and contact center productivity metrics.
