9 Disaster Recovery with Voice Line Colt s Disaster Recovery service can be bundled with Voice Line to support customers business continuity plan(s) Incoming calls are rerouted to the customer s secondary site in the event of a disaster affecting customer s primary site Manchester (secondary site) PSTN Colt Colt will work with customer to design, implement and test the plan(s) 9 London (primary site)

10 Fast Track Fast Track expedite service delivery for on-net sites Available for all on-net sites for all Colt services in all Colt countries Available for new opportunities/orders and existing orders Customers can request an installation date (prior to the standard lead time). If this cannot be met, Colt proposes the fastest possible installation date based on technical feasibility. The customer can accept or reject the proposed date Multi-site services are considered on a site-by-site basis Charges apply 10

12 Voice Line Service Levels Guaranteed service availability of 99.9% or more Target time to fix faults 2 hours if origin of fault is within Colt s network 4 hours if origin of fault is outside Colt s network Delivery lead times 15 business days for on-net sites with existing service presentation point 25 business days for on-net sites requiring new service presentation point Lead times for off-net sites will vary, & will be communicated to customers following order acceptance Colt SLA credits applies to both on-net & off-net sites Customer credits apply to above SLA Notes: The above delivery lead times do not apply to porting Off-net = Services provided wholly or partly using OLO s network or service which includes DSL On-net = Services provided wholly using Colt s network 12
