ISDN2e Charges Monthly Rental Fee New Lines Line Transfers New Lines Line Transfers DDIs ISDN30e Charges Monthly Rental Fee Install (Minimum 8 Channels) plus: Per Channel (1-15) Per Channel (16-30) Install Per Channel DDI Setup (Per block of 10) DDI Rental (Per DDI) ISDN30e has a minimum of 8 channels per end user site. Service will be interrupted for all conversions, reconfigurations, re, shifts and premises moves. DDI charges apply in addition to connection and rental for channels. DDI rental charges apply to all within the ranges provided.

2 Maintenance Options Entanet provides a choice of 3 levels of maintenance on all PSTN and ISDN lines. Level 1 is included as standard to all products. Charges detailed below are monthly and in addition to the line rental fee. For more information on this service contact your Entanet reseller. Level 1 provides a clear by 23:59 day after next, Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank holidays. Eg. report issue on Tuesday, clear Thursday. Level 2 provides a clear by 23:59 next day, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public and Bank holidays. Eg. report issue on Tuesday, clear Wednesday. Level 3 provides a clear by 23:59 same day if reported by 13:00. If reported after 13:00 clear by 12:59 next day, seven days a week including Public and Bank holidays. Engineer call out charges The following charges will apply if a BT engineer is called out. Please note the engineer visit will be free of charge if the fault turns out to be a line fault. If the fault is caused by the customer such as user equipment or user error, a time related charge will apply. Please note 0333 are only available on VoIP solutions. 09 Premium rate marketing are also available and allow customers to choose the amount callers are charged, between 15 and 150ppm. Revenue can be earned from these calls in the form of commission. Please note 09 are regulated by PhonepayPlus and the applicant must meet PhonepayPlus requirements to receive the number.
