This places your citizens at the heart of your services. The SWAN Member Community SWAN is dedicated to support all Scottish public sector organisations irrespective of size or location. It enables you to benefit from a secure, shared network giving you confidence in your connectivity and best value. Data sovereignty The HCS service is hosted in Capita s secure UK data centres, guaranteeing data sovereignty and security for your sensitive information.
