2 Welcome Thank you to all who have participated in the past 20 years of OSIsoft Users Conferences, and welcome to all the new partners who will join us for the first time in The OSIsoft Users Conference is the only place where users of the OSIsoft PI System come together. In 2015, the conference will be held from April 28 th to May 1 st in San Francisco. Customers and prospects will come from all over to gain insights, new ideas and the opportunity to network with business leaders. Year after year, OSIsoft partners select the Users Conference as their marketing event of the year. In 2015, we are looking forward to another busy conference jam-packed with strong content and amazing partners. 11 Offsite Event Space Align your brand with one of the unique spaces at the offsite event, which is taking place at the extraordinary California Academy of Sciences. Most event spaces will include a specialty cocktail, one sponsorship sign and napkins with the sponsor s brand. There are a total of 6 different spaces that can be branded. The cost to sponsor a space is $7,500. Pick from one of the following exhibit areas: Planetarium Safari Earthquake Swamp Rain Forest Aquarium Exhibit location on a first come first serve basis. 12 A la carte Sponsorships A la carte sponsorships are only available to be purchased by those purchasing a bronze, silver, gold or diamond package. Opportunity Description Qty Price Social Networking Lounge Sponsorship (Mon-Wed) Nothing is worse than being at a conference and not being able to find a spot to meet someone. Associate your brand to the ad-hoc meeting space and be everyone's hero. This sponsorship includes branded napkins and signage by the entrance. This sponsorship also includes a reserved space 1 $4,500 Meeting Space Presence for Day 1 (Operational Intelligence) Industry Sponsorship in the social networking lounge just for your company. Surprise each attendee with a branded piece of collateral or giveaway on each seat when they enter the keynote session on Day 1. Giveaways or collateral must be submitted for approval and provided for each attendee. Sponsor an industry session on Day 2 of the conference. This would include a sign by the entrance, acknowledgement from the industry host, and the option to add collateral to each seat. Place your logo directly on 1 $5,000 the coffee cup sleeves available during the breaks of the conference. Internet Sponsor One of the first thing that attendees request is for internet 1 $5,000 access. As our Internet Sponsor, you logo will be printed on WiFi instructions with a personal Thank You. Water Stations Water stations will be distributed throughout the 1 $2,000 conference hotel. Your brand will be seen every time someone needs a cup of water. Print Stations Print stations will be placed on the main floor of the 1 $2,000 conference, and this year you can sponsor the print stations. Print stations will be wrapped with your brand. Room Drop Your gift or promo item can be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday night directly to each attendee staying in the 2 $1,000 + $4 per room conference hotel. The item must be approved by OSIsoft. Elevator Wraps There will be a lot of people spread out over the different floors of the conference. Put your brand on the elevators where 2000 attendees will see.
