These categries cntain infrmatin abut rganizatins, district finances, staff, students, curse sectin, and assessments. A descriptin f the categries and grupings within each categry fllws. Educatin Organizatin Data Finance Data Staff Data Educatin Service Center the cunty-educatin service center number and the educatin service center name Lcal Educatin Agency (LEA) the cunty-district number, the LEA name, rganizatin categry, and the LEA perfrmance ratings determined by a lcal cmmittee. Shared Services Arrangements the cunty-district number, the shared services arrangement type, and the cunty-district number f the fiscal agent. Campus Identificatin the cunty-district-campus number, the campus name, and the campus perfrmance ratings determined by a lcal cmmittee. Class Perid the designatin f regularly scheduled series f class meetings at designated times and days f the week. Sectin the setting in which rganized instructin f curse cntent is prvided t ne r mre students fr a given perid f time. Curse Offering the curse catalg f available curses. Curse - the rganizatin f subject matter and related learning experiences prvided fr the instructin f students n a regular r systematic basis. This infrmatin is Scial Security number and staff name and is requested fr all staff. All staff is defined thrughut this publicatin as all persnnel emplyed by the district, including prfessinal, paraprfessinal, and auxiliary emplyees. Demgraphic - the characteristics f a persn. This infrmatin is the sex, ethnicity, race, date f birth, and ttal years f prfessinal experience, and is requested fr all staff. The highest degree level held is requested fr prfessinal staff nly. ID Number Change - the identificatin number fr a staff member needs crrectin. Emplyment the descriptin f the persn's emplyment within a district. This includes infrmatin related t a persn's cntract, perfrmance, payrll accunting, and supplements. A discussin f the varius types f infrmatin fllws. Payrll Summary the infrmatin that shws a persn's salary relatinship with a district. This includes the persn's actual number f days emplyed, percentage f the day wrked in the district, and the number f years f prfessinal experience in the district, and is requested fr all staff. 8.A.1

Respnsibilities identifies the type f wrk an emplyee perfrms, whether inside r utside the classrm. This infrmatin is requested as fllws. Student Data Prfessinal Staff and Educatin Aides identifies the type f service perfrmed and the service lcatin. It includes the persn's campus identificatin, the type f student, and the capacity in which the persn serves. This is requested fr prfessinal staff and educatinal aides. Classrm Staff the detailed infrmatin related t the activities f each persn wh wrks in a classrm setting. It includes the number f students served in the class, the amunt f time the service is perfrmed in a mnth, and a class identificatin number t differentiate ne service frm anther when the services are the same but are prvided t a different grup f students. This will be requested fr all staff invlved in delivering classrm instructin. Teaching Assignments the detailed infrmatin related t the teaching assignments f each classrm teacher. Cntracted Instructinal Staff the infrmatin n prfessinal cntracted instructinal staff with campus ID, prgram intent cde, and ttal FTEs. Basic Infrmatin Enrllment Identificatin - the infrmatin necessary t identify the persn. This infrmatin is Scial Security number r state-apprved alternative student ID, student name, and a health r weather related crisis indicatr. Demgraphic - the characteristics f a persn. This infrmatin is the campus, last date f enrllment, sex, ethnicity, race, date f birth, refugee/asylee, career and technical educatin, attributin, as f status, grade level, migrant, bilingual/esl summer schl, and ecnmic status data. ID Number Change - the identificatin number (Scial Security number r state-apprved alternate ID) fr a student has changed since the last PEIMS data submissin. Enrllment the specific enrllment attributes f the student. This infrmatin includes the campus, grade, eligibility, LEP status, special prgram participatin, and at-risk status fr each student. Special Prgrams the infrmatin specific t each f the fllwing special prgrams: ESEA, Title I, Part A Special Educatin Career and Technical Educatin Bilingual ESL Attendance Extended Schl Year services Supplemental Services Basic Attendance the basic infrmatin pertaining t the attendance f a student. This infrmatin is the days absent and present, eligible special educatin attendance, eligible career and technical attendance, eligible bilingual/esl attendance, pregnancy related services, gifted/talented services, and PEP services. 8.A.2
