Please nte that this dcument is intended t prvide general guidelines fr security setup; districts are advised t use this infrmatin as a starting pint. Final security settings shuld be assigned accrding t the district s unique needs. Setup Security rights are set up under System Preferences Permissin Maintenance. Select the grup f Cunselr and enable the fllwing ptins: Nte: If the Cunselr grup des nt already exist, grups may first be created under System Preferences Grup Maintenance. Check the fllwing: Tasks Tab Address Find Similar Address: Allws users t access the Find Similar link when adding an address under Census Addresses. Attendance View Attendance: Allws user t view attendance recrds frm the individual student screen under Students Student Maintenance r frm the Attendance By Date r Attendance Check In/Out menus. If unchecked, Maintain Attendance and Recncile Attendance will als be unchecked.
