3 Page 1-B BUSINESS OFFICE The business administrator recommends the following: Request authority to approve the minutes of the following meetings of the board of education. March 19, 2014 Regular Meeting FINANCIAL Board Secretary s Certification. 1. Board Secretary s Report in accordance with 18A: and 18A: 17-9 for the month of February The Board Secretary certifies that no line item account has been over-expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A (c) 3 and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. INSERT 1 2. Reconciliation Report in accordance with 18A:17-36 and 18A:17-9 for the month of February, The Reconciliation Report and Secretary s Report are in agreement for the month of February, Board Secretary in accordance with N.J.A.C 6A:23A (c) 2 certifies that there are no changes in anticipated revenue amounts or revenue sources. 4. Board of Education Certification pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A (c) 4 We certify that after review of the secretary s monthly financial report (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, that to the best of our knowledge no major accounts or funds have been over-expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A (b) and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. 5. Request approval to ratify the board officer s action in paying the inserted listed payroll and accounts payable warrants issued since the last board meeting. BILL LIST SECTION 6. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of the Technical Schools in the County of Camden that authorization is hereby granted to continue to participate in the County of Camden Cooperative Pricing Bid, to include Camden County Bid A-8/2013 awarded to Interline Brands d/b/a Amsan for Group 1 and Group 2 and W.B. Mason Co., for Group 3, for the purchase of janitorial supplies and paper products on a month-to-month basis commencing on or about April 1, 2014, at the same rates, terms and conditions as the original contract. 8. Request approval of the following resolution. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of the Technical Schools in the County of Camden that authorization is hereby granted to participate in the County of Camden Cooperative Pricing Bid, to include Camden County Bid A-13/2014 awarded to Central Poly-Bag Corp., for the purchase of janitorial supplies poly liners, items 1 through 16, for the term commencing on or about April 1, 2014 through September 30, Request approval of the following resolution. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of the Technical Schools in the County of Camden that authorization is hereby granted to participate in the County of Camden Cooperative Pricing Bid, to include Camden County Bid A-1/2013 (2 nd Year Option) awarded to All Green Turf Management, for grass cutting, trimming and grounds keeping, for the term commencing on or about April 10, 2014 through October 13, Request approval of the following resolution. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of the Technical Schools in the County of Camden that authorization is hereby granted to participate in the County of Camden Cooperative Pricing Bid, to include Camden County amended Bid A41/2013 awarded to Office Basics, Inc., for the purchase of office supplies, to include the award of Toner, for the term commencing on or about Febru ary 1, 2014 through January 31, NOTE: The Board of School Estimates approved the school budget, at its April 3, 2014 meeting, in the amount of $46,690,528, pending the approval of the Interim Executive County Superintendent.
