4 1 AMC Prtal fr handling Installatin, Cnfiguratin and Licenses This guide is fr Aastra custmers r partner PBX administratrs that are t install, and prvisin r license Aastra Mbile Client (AMC) Versin 2.0. In the dcument AMC stands fr bth AMC and AMC+ unless therwise stated. Please nte that sme f the screen shts were made n a previus versin f the Prtal and thus might differ slightly cmpared t tday s view. 1.1 Overall infrmatin This dcument is based n versin Aastra Mbile Client administratin Minr imprvement might exist if yu have access t a later release f the AMC prtal. This dcument is updated at each majr release f the AMC prtal. At the AMC prtal news heading yu can find the latest AMC prtal news The Aastra prtal is used fr prvisining f AMC SW, Cnfiguratin and Licenses. At the AMC prtal yu can als find the AMC Cntrller SW The prtal is reached via the link: The distributin f the AMC SW can be dne in tw different ways: 1. Frm AMC prtal by sending an SMS r with the dwnlad link t the user s mbile phne. The user pens the SMS and activates the dwnlad f the AMC SW via the link fllwed by the activatin f the AMC applicatin. 2. Frm the Mbile phne stre applicatin (e.g. istre & Andrid Market place) Fr AMC (single mde) the cnfiguratin can be distributed in tw different ways: 1. By sending (tw) SMS which cntains the cnfiguratin frm the AMC prtal. The AMC applicatin reads the tw SMS and stres the cnfiguratin. The tw SMS are deleted by the AMC applicatin. Nte: AMC need t be running n the Blackberry & Andrid phne in rder t be able t read the incming cnfiguratin SMS. An SMS fr a user can nly be sent nce within a ne minute. 2. By user typing in the AMC user accunt key that he has received by SMS r frm the AMC prtal. When the AMC user accunt key is accepted the AMC applicatin will dwnlad AMC cnfiguratin, including Feature list and Mbile LCR list and AMC License. If the AMC licenses are nt activated at the AMC prtal the user will nly get the cnfiguratins and AMC will nly wrk fr 30 days withut license. AMC will try t dwnlad the AMC license frm the AMC prtal every time the AMC is re-started. Fr AMC+ (dual mde) the AMC user accunt keys are distributed t the user by SMS r frm the AMC prtal. When the AMC user accunt key is accepted the AMC+ applicatin will dwnlad AMC+ cnfiguratin, including Feature list and Mbile LCR list and AMC+ License. If the AMC+ licenses are nt created at the AMC prtal the user will nly get the cnfiguratins and AMC+ will nly wrk fr 30 days withut license. AMC will try t dwnlad the cnfiguratin & AMC license frm the AMC prtal every time the AMC is re-started. 4

5 1.2 Prerequisites The Aastra call manager needs t be cnfigured t handle numbers in internatinal frmat. This is nt explicitly described in the AMC dcumentatin but fr respective call manager. Alternatively it can als be handled in the AMCC MX-ONE If the features Travel SIM and/r HTTPS callback are used with AMC (single mde) the MX-ONE Manager Telephny System has t be cnfigured t secure HTTPS cmmunicatin. Fr mre infrmatin see AMC LCR dcument ASE/MXO/PLM/ 0053 / EN. 2 AMC License Rules 2.1 AMC generic License Rules The basic AMC license is per mbile phne OS-type and phne number. The AMC license is distributed via SMS r via Over the Air (OTA) frm the Aastra prtal. A new mbile phne number r a new mbile phne platfrm requires a new AMC license. The AMC Renewal license, which is cmmn fr bth single and dual mde, will unlck the basic AMC license cnnectin t the mbile phne platfrm and phne number. This can be dne in the drp dwn menu n the right hand side. Yu can als find the latest AMC prtal release news and under the help menu yu find this dcument. 5

6 4 The AMC prvisining prtal Frm the administratin interface, see picture belw, The Prtal hme page, yu can cnfigure, create license, and prvisin the Aastra Mbile Clients. Yu can als dwnlad AMC & AMCC Sftware. 7 4.1 Glbal Preset Values The Glbal preset values functin is an easy way f prviding each new AMC user with a set f pre-defined values. In many cases there are a number f cmpany specific values t a set f the parameters, e.g. Vice mail number, access cdes etc. When the pre-set values are defined yu press the buttn Save Glbal Pre-set Values. Whenever a new AMC user accunt is created the respective parameters will be predefined in accrdance with the Glbal pre-set values. There can nly be ne set f predefined values per license accunt. Nte als that there are parameters that are valid fr AMC r AMC+, and thers that have different values fr each slutin (AMC and AMC+). The infrmatin abut the parameters and their values can be fund in the chapter Cnfigure AMC user accunt. Nte: AMC prtal field differs depending n AMC /AMC+ license types rdered (e.g. if the accunt des nt have AMC+ Basic Presence and IM the admin will nt see be able t cnfigure IM dmain ). 8 5 Create AMC user accunt Befre creating an AMC user it is mandatry t define a feature file in rder t get the right functin cnfigured fr the AMC user and PBX. The prtal hwever already has a default file in place fr mst Aastra PBX platfrms. In this chapter yu will create the basic parts f the user accunt. The actual cnfiguratin f the parameters in the accunt will be described in a separate chapter. T define a new AMC / AMC+ mbile user by click Define in the main view at the bttm at the right hand side. Yu can als imprt several users frm a CSV (Cmma Separated Values) file by clicking the Imprt Users, see chapter 5.4. Figure 4: Undefined AMC users The first page in the cnfiguratin sequence pps up. See picture belw. Figure 5: Define basic Mbile phne and user infrmatin including type f slutin Start by defining the AMC type (AMC (single mde) r AMC+ (dual mde). In the GSM number field prvide the Mbile phne number. It must be in cannical frmat and start with a plus sign +. In the Descriptin field, free text frmat, prvide a descriptin fr the user accunt, ften the name f the user. This helps t easier identify the accunt in the list. If an address is given fr a user, the dwnlad link fr t AMC sftware will be sent via instead f SMS. In a secnd e- mail the AMC user accunt key will be sent t the user. When the user has started the AMC applicatin he will be prmpted t enter 8

9 mbile phne number in internatinal frmat and the AMC user accunt key. The AMC applicatin will dwnlad AMC cnfiguratin and License (the License needs t be created at AMC prtal therwise AMC will nly dwnlad the cnfiguratin) Type f cnfiguratin field is nly fr the AMC (Single Mde) versin. Default value this is set t cnfigure AMC users via SMS. The ptin Dwnlad will send an AMC users Accunt key via SMS r t the user. In the Mbile phne platfrm select frm the list the Operating System that the phne uses. Yu als need t check AMC r AMC+ t state what type f AMC applicatin (client) that shall be dwnladed t the mbile phne. AMC = Slutin with nly the AMC client, single mde AMC+ = Slutin with bth AMC+ client and AMC cntrller, dual mde Then press Save, and the user cnfiguratin windw pps up. Figure 6: Assign licenses t the user accunt, AMC+ (dual mde) shwn abve Yu then select in the Feature licenses list what licenses/features that the user shall have access t. The available, clickable, licenses are based n what has riginally been rdered fr the ttal accunt and the chsen AMC applicatin slutin fr the user, single r dual mde. Fr infrmatin n the licenses see respective license chapter belw. When the licenses are checked yu need t press Save s the cnfiguratin page is updated with the respective parameters fr each license. The cnfiguratin will nly shw parameters that are valid fr the specific user, based n what licenses are chsen. Nte: It is nt pssible t change Mbile phne (GSM) number r Mbile phne platfrm after yu have created/sent the AMC license t the user. A user can change t any phne, regardless f brand and type, withut the need f a new license as lng as the perating system n the phne is the same. E.g. if yu have a Nkia phne with Symbian 3 OS yu can use the same license fr a Samsung phne as lng as it has Symbian 3 as OS. After activating the AMC applicatin n the phne it will wrk fr 30 days (trial perid) befre there is a need t have the real license installed. 9

10 5.1 AMC (Single mde) licenses In the Single mde slutin there are fur licenses, whereas tw are available in the prtal: Visible in the prtal as ptins fr each user accunt: AMC Mbile LCR (MX-One nly) This is a license fr the feature Mbile LCR AMC Travel SIM (MX-One nly) This is a license fr the feature Travel SIM Nt visible in the admin prtal: AMC user renewal Unties the AMC Mbile integratin license with the phne number and phne platfrm. I.e. the administratr can assign a new number r phne platfrm t the base license. 5.2 AMC+ (Dual mde) licenses MX-One In the dual mde slutin there are nine licenses, whereas six are available in the prtal: Visible in the prtal as ptins fr each user accunt: AMC+ Mbile SIP integratin This is the base license fr the AMC applicatin SW. Fr each license it will be pssible t create an AMC user in the prtal. AMC+ Mbile LCR This is a license fr the feature Mbile LCR AMC Travel SIM This is a license fr the feature Travel SIM AMC+ Dual mde license This is a license fr prviding Handver between Mbile and Wi-Fi netwrks AMC+ Mbile directry integratin This is a license fr prviding Caller Name Display ver mbile data signaling channel, Crprate Phne Bk and Exchange Public Flder Access AMC+ Basic Presence and IM This is a license fr the features Presence and Instant messaging AMC+ VIP Security This is a license t prvide security fr the VIP calls. 13 6 Cnfigure AMC user accunt This chapter cntains descriptin f all the parameters that can be set fr a user. The parameters that are visible in the user accunt are based n the licenses that are cnnected t this accunt. Sme f the parameters are ptinal, e.g. cnnected t a specific license. 14 Figure 9: AMC user cnfiguratin page, AMC+ (dual mde) 6.1 First sectin: PBX dialing-in number: The Mbile Extensin access number t the PBX (R1 number). Number used in the public netwrk t reach the user s PBX. DTMF delay: The delay after PBX answer, befre sending DTMF digits t the PBX. This t ensure the PBX is ready t receive the digits. Default fr MX-ONE is 500 ms. Nte: Andrid & iphne OS des nt have any cnfigure functin fr cntrlling DTMF delay. Aut lgin: (IntelliGate, OC100, MX-ONE and A5000) Aut lgin is active as default. User call number: (IntelliGate, OC100, MX-ONE and A5000) User call number is the mbile user s PBX directry number. Depending n the platfrm used fr lgin r HTTPS call back and fr Travelling SIM. PIN: (IntelliGate and OC100) Lgin PIN fr dial in with user credentials. Frce: (IntelliGate and OC100) Frce Client t lgin using PIN. Extended DTMF: (IntelliGate with Symbian client) Activate use f extended DTMF t transmit e.g. + nt as 00 but as DTMF B t speed up dial in prcess. 14

15 Exchange access cde: (Nt OC1000) The number a user has t dial in the PBX t reach the public netwrk, e.g. when dialing an external number. In cmbinatin with Minimum external number length this is used t prefix an external number the user has dialed t reach the public netwrk. This is nly valid fr single mde. In dual mde this is handled by the AMCC. Internatinal access cde: (Nt OC1000) The number a user has t dial t reach an internatinal end-pint. Used fr number translatin f the plus (+) sign. This is nly valid fr single mde. In dual mde this is handled by the AMCC. MWI CLIP: (Nt MX-ONE, MD-E, A5000 and Andrid clients) CLIP fr MWI signalling (new vice mail message) t the GSM user in cannical frmat (e.g ). Vice mail number: The number yu dial t access yur PBX vice mail applicatin (shrt number e.g ). Persnal call ruting: (IntelliGate) Specify where incming calls shall be ruted t. Functin nly appears if the persnal call ruting is cnfigured in the cmmunicatin system fr this user. Time Cntrl: (OC100) Enable access t Time Cntrl settings fr this user. Time Grups are nrmally nly set by a system admin. Master/Slave: (Business Phne) Lg n/lg ff prcedure fr Master/Slave: With this simple prcedure the slave can be set t Lg On and Lg Off mde. During Lg Off mde the slave (AMC user) is blcked fr incming calls. Incming calls will nly be indicated n the master telephne. During this lgged-ff perid it is still pssible fr the slave t set up a call. If the slave is lgged n, incming calls will be indicated depending n the cnfiguratin n bth phnes r nly n the slave. Take number: (IntelliGate and OC1000) If yu have cnfigured a user phne number here, yu can take a call n the Aastra Mbile Client fr this user during the ringing phase r during a call using the Take functin. Fast frwarding number: (MX-ONE and A5000) This is the pre-defined number the call will be frwarded t when using the Fast frward functin in the AMC. It is a regular transfer f the call withut having t dial the number. Redkey: (IntelliGate) Activates a Redkey functin n a cnnected utside system. Redkey has t be cnfigured by the system administratr. Hide settings menu: When set, the user will nly see a limited number f settings in the client. Use this ptin if yu fr example dn t want the AMC user t be able t change system settings. Single mde nly. MTC Number(s): Only used fr iphne and Andrid phnes MTC stands fr Mbile Terminated Call. One r mre cmplete numbers r prefixes (several numbers/prefixes have t be separated with dashes, but n spaces) MTC Numbers can be saved here. They will be assciated as Caller IDs fr 15

16 yur crprate system (AMCC). Yu culd say that this is the identificatin the AMCC uses twards the AMC+. In rder t make sure that the number is psitively matched, yu have t enter yur PBX number in internatinal frmat. T enter mre than ne MTC Number, simply separate them with dashes. Hw it wrks: The MTC Number r prefix identifies a call as an Enterprise (AMC+) Call. All AMC Slutin features becme available fr identified Enterprise Calls. The MTC number is mstly used fr ne reasn nly, crrect A Number display. Nw there are tw cases. 1. Crrect A Number is transmitted frm PBX / AMCC via cellular caller ID. If this is the case, frget the MTC number 2. If the crrect A Number transprt is nt pssible, yu can still get it via data channel. This is where the MTC number cmes int play. T display the crrect caller ID fr this call, the client takes tw bits f infrmatin. First it takes the crrect call ID received via the data channel. Fr the next incming call then, it checks whether it is a call frm the PBX (as it culd be sme ther call just accidentally cming in at same time, fr which we must nt verride the caller ID). Dial mde: Keep lcal settings: Keep the lcal dial mde setting in the client. Dual Identity: Select this menu ptin if yu want t use the Aastra Mbile Client t rute utging calls via yur Aastra cmmunicatins system and t make direct mbile telephne calls when the Aastra Mbile Client applicatin is minimized (runs in the backgrund). Dual Identity mde is ften used if the AMC user is using his mbile phne fr bth business and private calls. Always Aastra MC: All utging calls are ruted via yur Aastra cmmunicatins system, even if the Aastra Mbile Client is minimized and running in the backgrund. During the dialing prcedure the Aastra Mbile Client is autmatically active (emergency calls will be ruted direct nt passing the Aastra cmmunicatin system). Default; Always Aastra MC. Aut start: Select if AMC shuld start autmatically r nt when the phne starts up. Default; On Minimum External Number Length: (Nt OC1000) AMC will add the Exchange access business prefix (e.g. 00) fr numbers that have same r mre digits than the Minimum external number length, i.e. external numbers. Usually the Minimum External number length is set t enterprise internal number length plus ne. Fr AMC+ this cnfiguratin ptin are handled by the AMC Cntrller. Run User Interface in backgrund: This is applicable when Dial Mde is set t Always Aastra MC - valid fr AMC+. Select if AMC shuld start autmatically r nt when the phne starts up. Default is n. AMC (single mde) fr Symbian S60 3rd has a special SW versin t run AMC in the backgrund. 6.2 Secnd sectin: Feature table Select ne f the feature tables available in the pull dwn menu. The list f feature tables is different between AMC and AMC+. The Feature tables are created in the Feature Administratin view. Fr details see Feature administratin chapter. 16

17 Nte: This requires AMC 2.0 sftware r higher n the mbile Feature file need t be created befre yu send ut the cnfiguratin t the users. If this is nt dne user will nt get the feature right cnfigured fr the PBX they are using. 6.3 Third sectin: CB (call back) Server Hst (nly fr single mde) Public IP address r Public dmain f the firewall t the Aastra cmmunicatin system that yu use fr the AMC LCR HTTPS call back and travel SIM requests. See AMC LCR security dcument fr mre infrmatin abut AMC mbile LCR. Operatr supprted dialing Used when yur hme netwrk subscriptin is a Mbile Extensin service subscriptin that rutes all calls frm the mbile phne t the PBX dialing-in number. With this setting AMC will nt rute the call t the PBX (handle by the Operatr instead) when yu are in yur hme cuntry netwrk, i.e. nt raming. When yu travel abrad AMC will by default use Call Thrugh t the PBX dialing-in number. With Call thrugh AMC dials the PBX dialing-in number, which is nt necessary with Operatr supprted dialing. PBX feature access phne number Used nly in Operatr supprted dialing. This is the number the AMC will dial t reach the hme PBX when requesting nt-in-call (ut-f-call) features. Fr example when activating call frwarding r calling the vice mail applicatin. LCR checkbx (ptinal) Least Cst Ruting will be used. An LCR table needs t be chsen in the LCR menu. LCR table (ptinal) Select ne f the LCR tables in the drp dwn menu. The LCR tables are created in the LCR Administratin view. LCR / feature dwnlad Interval (days) Hw ften AMC is t dwnlad the LCR and feature table frm the Aastra prtal. When set t 999 the user will get an ptin, in the Optins menu in the AMC, t manually dwnlad the LCR table. When set t 0 AMC will never dwnlad the LCR & feature table (nly at first time installatin / cnfiguratin). Travel SIM checkbx Check the Travel SIM check bx if the feature is available fr the user. Default it is checked. 6.4 VIP settings: SIP prxy IP (nly dual mde) The SIP Prxy IP address r DNS name that the AMC client shall cnnect t fr cmmunicatin ver the data channel between the client and the AMCC. SIP prxy prt (nly dual mde) The SIP Prxy Prt is the prt that the AMC client shall cnnect t. Default;

18 SIP username The SIP username is the identificatin used when the AMC client registers/lgs n t the AMCC. It has t be unique and cntain digits r letters but n spaces. E.g. the SIP username can be the user s full/cmplete phne number in the PBX, N.B. it can nt be the same number as the user s internal phne number, e.g The user s internal phne number is used by the AMCC t register the SIP extensin in the PBX. SIP passwrd The SIP passwrd is used by the AMC client when it registers/lgs n t the AMCC. Cdec (nly dual mde) The Cdec that shall be used during calls (supprted cdec s vary depending n the phne). Default; In mst cuntries A-law but in US mu-law. Transprt mde (nly dual mde) Defines the transprt mde fr SIP, e.g. TCP, TLS. Default; TCP. Jitter buffer (ms) (nly dual mde) Defines the Jitter buffer in ms. Default; 120 ms 6.5 Dual mde settings (nly dual mde): Dual mde (Netwrk preferences) The dual mde parameter cnfigures the way the applicatin will act during a call. Default; Dual. SMS sent frm prtal and the client dwnlads the infrmatin with User accunt key is sent and the user fetches the infrmatin frm his/her accunt n the prtal. The prvisining can be dne in tw places n the Prtal. The hme page; fr ne r several users The individual cnfiguratin page; fr a specific user. The AMC applicatin will wrk fr 30 days withut a license. Nte: Fr BlackBerry & Andrid, please make sure that AMC is running befre sending the cnfiguratin SMS. If nt active the user needs t manually handle the cnfiguratin SMS. Please als see the AMC user guide fr infrmatin n hw t manually activate the AMC t read in the cnfiguratin & license SMS. Preferably use the BlackBerry Enterprise server t install and cnfigure AMC. Nte: An SMS fr a user can nly be sent nce within a ne minute. Nte: Selecting the Apple stre dwnlad link fr iphne client dwnlad, pens an AMC presentatin/itunes preview webpage at apple.cm and if an is given the Dwnlad buttn will be shwn. 7.1 Distributin & installatin f AMC / AMC+ Sftware The distributin f the AMC SW can be dne in tw different ways: 1: Frm AMC prtal by sending an SMS r with the dwnlad link t the user s mbile phne. The user pens the SMS and activates the dwnlad f the AMC SW via the link fllwed by the installatin and activatin f the AMC applicatin. 2: Frm the Mbile phne stre applicatin (e.g. istre & Andrid Market place) 7.2 Cnfiguratin f AMC / AMC+ Sftware AMC (single mde) cnfiguratin Fr AMC (single mde) the cnfiguratin can be distributed in tw different ways: 1. By sending (tw) SMS which are cntaining the cnfiguratin frm the AMC prtal. The AMC applicatin reads the tw SMS and stres the cnfiguratin. The tw SMS are deleted by the AMC applicatin. Nte: AMC need t be running n the Blackberry & Andrid phne in rder t be able t read the incming cnfiguratin SMS. 2. By user typing in the AMC user accunt key that he has received by SMS r frm the AMC prtal. When the AMC user accunt key is accepted the AMC applicatin will dwnlad AMC cnfiguratin, including Feature list and Mbile LCR list and AMC License. If the AMC licenses are nt activated at the AMC prtal the user will nly get the cnfiguratins and AMC will nly wrk fr 30 days withut license. AMC will try t dwnlad the AMC license frm the AMC prtal every time the AMC is re-started AMC+ (dual mde) cnfiguratin & license Fr AMC+ (dual mde) the AMC user accunt key are distributed t the user by SMS r frm the AMC prtal. AMC+ applicatin will dwnlad AMC+ cnfiguratin, including feature list and mbile LCR list and AMC+ License after the AMC user has typed in the 20

21 AMC user accunt key & user mbile phne number. If the AMC+ licenses are nt creative at the AMC prtal the user will nly get the cnfiguratins and AMC+ will nly wrk fr 30 days withut license. AMC will try t dwnlad the cnfiguratin & AMC license frm the AMC prtal every time the AMC is re-started. 7.3 Mass -deplyment: Send dwnlad link t all selected: with link t AMC SW is sent. Send cnfiguratin t all selected: with AMC User accunt key is sent t the user s accunt. When dwnlading the cnfiguratin the license will be dwnladed as well if it has been created. Create license: License is created fr AMC t dwnlad via the phne data channel. 7.4 Mass SMS -deplyment: Then click the respective buttn fr the actual distributin. Send dwnlad link t all selected: SMS with link t prtal fr dwnlading the AMC SW Send cnfiguratin t all selected: SMS with link t prtal fr fetching the cnfiguratin Send license t all selected: SMS with license t use the client. Nte: Yu can t resend a cnfig r license SMS t a user within ne minute. 7.5 Frm Individual cnfiguratin page: T view the settings fr a specific AMC user, press the plus sign [+] in frnt f a mbile number. On this page yu then click the respective buttn fr the actual distributin. If an address has been given fr a user an with the AMC user accunt key will be sent instead f the Cnfiguratin and License SMS. T create and edit a feature list d the fllwing steps: 1. In the main page click the G t Feature Administratin buttn t access the feature list administratin page. 2. 24 Figure 13: AMC Feature list example Custmize the Feature cdes (DTMF sequences) t the unique cdes yu have in yur Aastra cmmunicatin system r in the AMCC fr the respective features. Custmize the Message diversin reasn names t the names yu are using in yur cmpany. In the empty rws yu have the pprtunity t add mre features that yu want t have displayed in the AMC feature GUI. The features are displayed in the AMC GUI in the same rder as in the feature list. If yu d nt use a feature yu can remve all the infrmatin n the respective feature s rw and it will nt be displayed in the applicatin GUI. When yu are dne with the cnfiguratin save the list and exit. 9.2 Prvisining f the feature list In the AMC user cnfiguratin view yu can assign the feature list t a user. T update the applicatin with the new feature list it has t be deplyed t the client, either via r SMS. With the updated cnfiguratin in the client the new feature list can be dwnladed. If an existing feature list is updated in the prtal a user can remtely dwnlad it manually, as the feature list name is already stred in the client. Nte: The feature list remte dwnlad functin requires AMC v. 2.0 r later. 24

25 10 Mbile LCR feature (and exceptin number handling) 10.1 AMC Mbile Least Cst Ruting Dialing Optins The AMC can be cnfigured t use different calling methds depending n dialed number (target number pattern), raming r nt raming, and Mbile Cuntry Cde (MCC). The pssibility t use Mbile LCR is always included regardless f AMC/AMC+ licensed used. But the AMC LCR licenses pens up the pssibility t use autmatic https call back in the LCR table. The LCR table can als be used fr setting exceptin number fr the whle accunt fr sme users (e.g. service prvider vice mail number) When having Dual mde available the vice call can als be setup ver the data channel (WLAN r 3G) t the PBX Mbile LCR calling ptins The fllwing Mbile LCR calling ptins exist. Fill in LCR infrmatin in a rw; frm left t right: Add a Target Number Pattern. The applicatin will act n all numbers that start with the Target number pattern. A star, *, can be used t make the applicatin identify any dialed number. But it has t be nly a star, withut any digits in frnt. N.B. a star cannt be used at the end f the number. The identificatin f the number will then fail. 26

27 Select True (Raming), False (N Raming), r Des nt Matter. Chse calling methd. (See chapter Mbile LCR calling ptins fr mre inf) Enter the Mbile Cuntry Cde. A star, *, will give a match fr any cuntry cde. Nte: The mbile cuntry cdes are different frm the internatinal telephne prefix. See Wikipedia mbile Cuntry cdes Then press Add Rw, t put it int the LCR table. Change Order The LCR table is evaluated frm tp t bttm by the AMC applicatin. Change the individual rder by selecting a rw with the muse. Yu can change the pririty rder f the MLCR rules by dragging the MLCR rule line up r dwn in the table. Save Select Save when all mdificatins are dne. Delete rw If yu want t delete ne r several LCR tables check the bx next t the table, and then press Delete selected rws. Delete an LCR table is nly a valid ptin if there are n user accunts that have this LCR table in their cnfiguratin.
