The evening exhibit time will be followed by a standing room only reception across the hall, where exhibitor door prizes and grand prizes will be given away. For maximun visibility, if you have a door prize you will be called up to the front of the reception area to introduce yourself and company, pick the winning ticket, and present your prizel The complimentary Wine Tasting is optional and Eagle Crest has waived all corkage fees. It s a great way to have attendees linger at your booth while sampling your wine. If you wish to participate, the OLCC requires that your tasting be 1.5 oz or less. We ask that exhibitors who wish to participate bring red/white/non-alcoholic wine/beverages, along with 1.5 oz plastic tasting cups to ensure the right size pour. Exhibit fees include Kickoff BBQ on Sunday, booth, pipe and drape and, if indicated on your registration form, a 6 skirted table and two chairs. Thank You Title Sponsor The 2015 Annual Golf Tournament May 17, 2015, Eagle Crest Resort, Redmond Oregon Check-in: Beginning at 9:30 a.m. Cost for Conference Attendees/Exhibitors: $125 member/$175 non-member (includes course fees, ½ cart rental, & box lunch. Tee Times: Begin at 10:00 am Ridge Course- tee times will be determined by prior registration Format: Four-person team scramble: all players tee off, then select the single ball in the best position. Advance to that spot, then all four players hit their ball from that position. Play continues in this manner until the ball is in the hole. Handicap: We will award prizes for the top three gross (unadjusted score) and net team scores. Our net teams will be using the System 36 format: Teams will be awarded points for their play during the round of golf. The points are: Double bogey or worse - 3 points, Bogey 2 point, Par 1 points, Eagle 0 points At the end of the round, points earned are tallied. The total is subtracted from 36, and the resulting number is the team s net handicap. This net score is compared to all others to determine the winning teams.
