Neighbourhood Houses and Community Centres are for everyone for people of all ages, different backgrounds and abilities, providing low cost or no charge activities, where people can: Attend events Enrol into courses at low cost prices Gain knowledge about other services and activities Hire rooms for private use Join a support group or organise their own groups Join in programs and activities that support healthy lifestyles and wellbeing School holiday activities and programs Learn new skills in a friendly environment Meet other people and make friends Volunteer and get involved in their local communities Council and the Brimbank Neighbourhood Houses have a Partnership Agreement which articulates the statement of shared values, vision, and commitment to working in partnership.
