We welcome Ms Penny McLean as the new teacher replacing Ms Abbott in Year 1. This week Mrs McRobb and the Senior students are busy organising our school ANZAC ceremony. The P&C also will put together wreaths from our donated flowers for the service and we thank you all for your help. regards Sue Knight Principal Multilit - We Need Your Help! We are looking for any parents available to help with our Multilit Reading Program. We will provide training for interested parents. This will be three days a week for a few hours in the mornings, or anytime you can spare would be appreciated. We have many towels and goggles left behind from swimming lessons. 2 Term, 22 April 2015 School Items On behalf of the School Senators of Success Primary School, we would like to invite you to our school for our annual ANZAC Day Service. The Ceremony will be on Friday April 24t h commencing at 2:10pm. Our Service includes speeches by the children, the music of the school instrumental students and senior choir, the laying of the wreaths and the raising of the flag. An afternoon tea will be held in the school staff room for guests prior to the service, commencing at 1:30pm We are sure you will enjoy our Service. Please phone our Deputy Principal, Natalie McRobb on or her on Natalie.Mcrobb@education.wa.edu.au if you are able to attend. Anzac Wreaths The P&C have kindly volunteered to construct the wreaths for our Anzac Ceremony this Friday, but we need your help with the flowers. We are asking for the Year 4, 5, and 6 students to bring in a flower from your garden to the staffroom on Friday morning. Your support will be much appreciated.

3 School Items WOW!!!!!! Our students at Success Primary School have managed to answer over 1 million questions on Skoolbo! We are doing so well they have even written about us on the Skoolbo blog. We also received a lovely certificate which can be found in the school office and some special stickers which we will give out to students and classes showing improvement. The leader board in 7.1 will be updated each week and the scores are now re-set for term 2 challenge. So make sure you visit the room to see how your class is going! 4 School Items SCHOOL PHOTO DAY IS COMING! Dear Parents, Our school photo day is coming! Approximately two weeks prior to the photo day every student will receive a Kapture Photography order envelope to bring home. The recommended method of ordering your photos is online through Kapture s website as your payment is secure and can be easily verified at any time. Alternatively you can pay by cash or cheque and return the provided envelope to the school on the photography day. If you place your order online please DO NOT return your envelope to school. Any parent who forgets or is unable to supply their envelope on the photo day will have five (5) days to complete an order online. Late payment envelopes cannot be accepted by the school office or by Kapture. You also have the option to order a sibling photo package online, however please be aware there may be a limited number of sibling orders that can be placed due to time constraints on photo day. We suggest you place your online sibling order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Please note sibling orders midday Tuesday 21 April 2015 Kapture offer a money back guarantee for any parent who is not fully satisfied with their photo package. Should you have any queries before or after photo day, please direct them to the Kapture office on or enquiries@kapture.com.au. All students will be photographed individually on photo day for school administration records AS WELL as included in their class group photo available for purchase to all families. Should there be any reason why your child should NOT be included in the photo shoot please contact the school office.
