Intrductin LeadStreet is the lead management and marketing tl develped by hmes.cm fr RE/MAX. G t www.remax.net and input yur credentials Under QuickLinks, select MyLeads Yu will nw be presented with a anther screen shwing yur persnal accunt as well as all yur ffices Select the ffice yu wuld like t cnfigure/administer Yu may r may nt be taken t a start up checklist screen depending n yur setting The Brker Prfile The Brker Prfile is similar t the agent prfile hwever, have the fllwing exclusive uses: Update a pht fr the ffice website Update a persnal lg t appear n all agents websites Update the cntact infrmatin fr the ffice Update the ffice infrmatin t affect all agents prfile Switching between yur multiple ffice sites Once yu have signed n t MainStreet and are presented with the multiple ffices, the easiest way t switch between yur ffices is t pen each ffice in a new tab. At this initial screen, right click n each f the ffice and select Open in new tab r Open in new windw depending n yur preferences. Switching between yur ffice and persnal site This ptin nly allws yu t switch between the ffice site yu are currently lgged int and yur persnal site. T d this, perfrm the fllwing steps: At the tp right hand sectin f the screen, select the arrw next t My Accunt Fr ffice administratin, select View Office Data Fr persnal administratin, chse View My Data Office Settings (Brker Optins) T access the ffice settings ptin in LeadStreet, select the arrw next t My Accunt at the tp right hand sectin f the page, and then select Office Settings. The ffice settings ptin will allw yu t: Cnfigure lead management fr the ffice As a brker, yu have the authrity and ability t decide hw leads are handled within yur ffices. Yu are able t define the number f agents a lead shuld be sent t r t particular agent. Yu als have the ability t cnfigure fr hw lng the lead shuld be with an agent befre it expires and als when it shuld be bunced back t yu fr manual assignment. We will examine each part f the screen belw: Site Lead Distributin Setup When New Leads Cme t The Site Assign Them T: Assign All Leads t Brker (Except When Listing is Assciated With One f yur Agents) All leads will be assigned t yu fr manual assignment, unless the lead is generated frm a listing assciated with ne f yur agents. Assign All Leads t Brker (Regardless f Listing Agent) All leads will be assigned t yu irrespective f whm the listing agent is Lead Acceptance Single Agent (Except When Listing is Assciated With One f yur Agents) Leads will be assigned t a single agent, except where the listing is assciated t ne f yur agents, in which case it will be assigned t that agent. Lead Acceptance Single Agent (Regardless f Listing Agent) Leads will be assigned t a single agent irrespective f whm the listing agent is. Lead Acceptance Multiple Agents (Except When Listing is Assciated With One f yur Agents) Lead will be ffered t a number f agents in the ffice except where the lead is generated frm a listing belnging t ne f yur agents, in which case it will be assigned t that agent. Lead Acceptance Multiple Agents (Regardless f Listing Agent) Lead will be ffered t a number f agents in the ffice irrespective f whm the listing agent is. Chse A Specific Agent Yu can determine if yu wuld like all leads t be sent t a particular agent. Apply Rund Rbin Rules Checkbx A new lead is ffered t a randmly chsen agent frm a pl. If the agent accepts the lead, that agent is remved frm the pl until all ther agents RE/MAX f Western Canada Page 5
have received a lead, at which pint the pl resets. If the agent lets the lead expire, that agent will be taken ut f the pl until all ther agents have received a lead, at which pint the pl resets. If the agent actively declines the lead that agent remains in the pl and is eligible fr anther randm lead. Maximum Time Of Lead Pending Fr Acceptance This ptin determines hw lng a lead stays with an agent befre expiring. The allwable chices range between thirty minutes and eight hurs. Number f Expiratins Befre Assigning T Brker This ptin determines hw many times a lead must have expired befre being passed t the brker fr manual assignment. The available chices range between ne and three. Maximum Number f Agents T Be Pending Fr Lead Acceptance This ptin is nly available when the multiple agents ptins are chsen fr lead assignment. Only Cunt Business Hurs checkbx Business hurs are defined t be Sunday t Saturday between the hurs f 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Leads received utside f these hurs will nt be affected by the Maximum Time f Lead Pending fr Acceptance ptin until the defined business hurs has started. Lead Ntificatin Optins When A Lead is Accepted, Expires r Is Declined, Which Email Address Wuld Yu like a Ntificatin Sent t? Input the email address fr which yu wuld like t be ntified f such an activity. This can be yur persnal email address r an ffice administratr s, respnsible fr the day t day mnitring f the ffice. When A Lead Is Accepted, Shw Full Lead Details in Ntificatin Email Checkbx This ptin ties in with the email ptin abve, and will prvide full details f the lead in the ntificatin. D Nt Send Ntificatins Emails When Leads Are Accepted By Agents Checkbx RE/MAX f Western Canada Page 6
This ptin, nce checked will prevent ntificatins f leads being accepted by agents in yur ffice. Send A Summary Email Ntificatin When A Lead is Generated n An Agent Site Checkbx Thugh this lead did nt cme thrugh the ffice site, yu will still be ntified that the agent has received a lead. When Leads Are Generated Frm The Website, Which Cell Phne r Pager Wuld Yu Like Text Alerts Sent T? Please leave this sectin blank as this functinality nly applies t ur US cunterparts and is nt available fr us here in Canada. Activate Branding Branding allws a brker t relay messages t the agents in his/her ffice. With this ptin turned n, the brker can uplad an image and a message t the agents which will appear n their dashbard. This can act as internal cmmunicatin fr the ffice. Manage Agents This ptin allws fr yu t: Search fr an agent assigned t yur ffice Once yu have searched fr and fund an agent, yu have will be able t: Nte their Assciate ID Nte whether r nt they are accepting Leads Nte Whether r nt they are frwarding their leads t anther agent Nte whether r nt they have been assigned a seat and add r remve seats as needed. Nte that this seats ptin is nt available fr ur agents in Western Canada, and wuld refer t the number f agents wh are prvided with access t the Dashbard. Edit the Agent s prfile Once yu have selected t edit an agent s prfile, yu will be taken int his/her prfile page as if he/she had signed int his/her accunt. This is the agent s Real Estate cde, unique t the agent, and used at the real estate bard whenever the agent uplads a listing. This allws fr the listing t be assciated t the agent in LeadStreet and n all RE/MAX websites. Update any cntact numbers, email addresses and website URL Frward the agent s lead t anther agent Add/Remve the agent s ability t accept leads Manage Listings T access the Listings sectin f LeadStreet, at the tp left hand crner f the screen, select the white drp dwn arrw next t the HmesCnnect icn as seen belw, then select Listings. The Listings sectin f LeadStreet allws yu t exclusively: Access the MLS Resurce Center Every ffice is pre-cnfigured with the required data feeds which have the listings upladed t each f the different real estate bards. If there are additinal bards fr which agents are uplading listings, then this will need t be added t yur ffice setup via this sectin. Befre ding this, it is a gd idea t check the preset Listing Surces cnfigured fr yur ffice (T be discussed in a later sectin) T apply fr additinal data feeds, select IDX-SELECT next t the name f the MLS. Yu will then be emailed an applicatin frm fr cmpletin and submissin t Hmes.cm fr apprval and prcessing. Track yur IDX Order After yu have successfully applied fr new data feeds, yu can track the prgress f this applicatin in this sectin. Cities Setup In rder fr the addresses f yur agents listings t be cmplete, the crrect cities must be updated in the system. Add New City Select Add New City Input the name f the city t be included alng with the crrespnding Prvince Remve All Cities Remve all cities currently in the system Imprt Cities frm MLS Allws yu t Imprt the cities currently upladed with the listings at the MLS Prperty Types Setup This ptin will determine the different prperty types fr which a client can filter by n yur ffice r agents websites. T add a new prperty type, select Add New Prperty Type at the tp f this page Chse frm the list f available prperty types at the drp dwn menu entitled Auctin Item Input the name t be displayed n the website Select the grup this categry wuld fall under: Residential, Cmmercial r Bth Under actins, select the checkbx t add this prperty type This prperty type is nw added t the list f available prperty types fr filter searches. T remve a prperty type, select Prperty Types Setup, then select the next t the Prperty Type t be remved T edit a prperty type, select the next t the Prperty Type t be edited. This will allw yu t update the Display Name as well as the grup this type shuld be categrized under. Listing Surce Setup T check which data feeds are currently in yur ffice, select the Listing Surce Setup ptin frm within Listings MLS Name f Real Estate Bard frm which listings are being sent t yur ffice Yu will either see ne r mre, depending n the Real Estate Bards yu and yur agents are a member f RE/MAX f Western Canada Page 9
Listing Surce Last Update # Listings IDX Cde Lcatin f the MLS and the LSID fr that Real Estate Bard The last date and time listings were synced between this ffice and the Real Estate Bard via this specific data feed. The number f listings in the data feed. Please nte these wuld als include nn-re/max IDX listings Brker Cde under which this feed is applied Surce Hmes.cm Listings checkbx A check in this bx shws that all listings fr the ffice will be synced n hmes.cm via this data feed. When Listings are imprted, wuld yu like t autmatically link listings fr yur agents? RE/MAX Cllectin (Luxury Prperties) Prperties meeting stipulated values in particular areas as predetermined by RE/MAX is autmatically tagged as RE/MAX Cllectin prperties and will appear accrdingly n remax-western.ca, remax.ca and at theremaxcllectin.ca. Prperties utside f the stipulated values, yet meeting certain features which can be classified as a cllectin prperty, can be manually tagged by the brker t appear n the afrementined websites. Under General Listing Infrmatin, select the checkbx next t RE/MAX Cllectin Chse Save Listing at the tp right sectin f the page Listing Features This ptin allws fr different features t be setup t be used n a listing T add a new feature: Select Add New Feature Input a name fr the feature Select the categry frm the drp dwn list f available features Place a check in the bx next t the checkbx under Shw t have it appear under the features n a listing Select the check t save the listing Edit a listing t use the newly created feature Lcate listing and chse Edit Details Under the Advanced Tab, scrll t listing features Chse Add/Mdify Features Highlight the feature(s) t be used Select Add Feature Chse Save Features at the tp f the dialgue bx T delete a feature, select Listing Features Select the thrash icn next t the feature t be deleted Select OK at the message frm webpage dialgue bx RE/MAX f Western Canada Page 11
Business Intelligence Reprting Outside f the regular reprts affrded t all agents, brkers are equipped with the fllwing tw reprts t assist with the daily peratins and t mnitr the lead assignments: Lead Flw Lg This reprt shws fr each lead, the agents it was ffered t, the number f times ffered, and the agent accepting it. The reprt is gruped based n the LeadID (every lead is given a unique ID number fr tracking purpses). The reprt als prvides the fllwing infrmatin: LeadName Name f the client generating the lead LeadSurce Where the lead was generated Listing Address f the prperty MLSNumber Prperty MLS The reprt can be printed r exprted t a PDF file fr distributin T save, select the and chse the file frmat t save the reprt T print, select the icn at the tp f the reprt, chse yur printer and any required print ptins and select OK Lead Acceptance By Agent This reprt gives a breakdwn f the number f leads ffered r assigned t an agent and the number accepted, expired r declined.
