(Intertek) has conducted testing for Phoenix Metalworkd, LLC on a wall panel product in accordance with AAMA 508-07, Voluntary Method and Specification for Pressure Equalized Rain Screen Wall Cladding Systems. The following test methods were followed in this testing: ASTM E283-04 (2012), Standard Test Method for Determining Rate of Air Leakage Through Exterior Windows, Curtain Walls, and Doors Under Specified Pressure Differences Across the Specimen ASTM E1233-06, Standard Test Method of Structural Performance of Exterior Windows, Doors, Skylights, and Curtain Walls by Cyclic Air Pressure Differential ASTM E331-00 (2009), Standard Test Method for Water Penetration of Exterior Windows, Skylights, Doors, and Curtain Walls by Uniform Static Air Pressure Difference AAMA 501.1-05, Standard Test Method for Water Penetration of Windows, Curtain Walls and Doors Using Dynamic Pressure. This evaluation was completed during the month of July 2013. 3 Test Samples 3.1. SAMPLE SELECTION The client submitted the panel product to the Evaluation Center on July 2, 2013 and was identified as Coquitlam ID# VAN1307191040-001. Samples were not independently selected for testing. 3.2. SAMPLE AND ASSEMBLY DESCRIPTION The product was identified as the Phoenix Panel System. The overall framing dimensions measured 120 in. wide x 120 in. high. Framing was constructed with nominal 2 in. x 6 in. SPF lumber spaced 16 in. o/c. In the center cavity, an additional center was installed to allow for panel fastening. The framing was fastened using three 3 in. nails per stud end. Framing was then sheathed with 3/4 in. APA approved plywood and attached using 2-1/2 in. long exterior deck screws. The entire specimen was then coated with membrane primer, and then was completely covered with Blueskin membrane. On top of the Blueskin membrane, aluminum perimeter flashing was applied, which allowed for the attachment to metal composite exterior panel. Panels were fastened to the deck at the clip locations using #10 x 1-1/2 in. aluminum screw. Refer to Appendix B and C for drawings and photos of the tested wall sample. 4 Testing and Evaluation Methods 4.1. AIR LEAKAGE The Air Leakage tests (Air Infiltration) were conducted in accordance with ASTM E283. The tests were performed using a test pressure of 75 Pa (1.57 psf). As per AAMA 508, air leakage was induced in the system to provide a leakage rate of 0.6 L/s*m 2 (0.12 cfm/ft 2 ). 240 holes, each

Report No. 100900226COQ-003 Page 4 of 7 measuring 1/8 in. diameter, were drilled through the sheathing and membrane to achieve the required air leakage. 4.2. PRESSURE CYCLING The Pressure Cycle test was tested in accordance with ASTM E1233 and evaluated to AAMA 508-07. Positive pressure loading was performed from 240 Pa (5 psf) to 1200 Pa (25 psf) to 24 Pa (5 psf) based on a maximum average of three second cycles for 100 cycles. 4.3. WATER PENETRATION STATIC The Static Water Penetration test was tested in accordance with ASTM E331. This test was performed at two specified pressure differentials of 300 Pa (6.27 psf) and 720 Pa (15 psf). A water spray rate of at least 204 L/m 2 per hour (5.0 U.S. gal/ft 2 per hour) was maintained. Each test was run for fifteen minutes, during which the pressure and water spray were continuously applied. 4.4. WATER PENETRATION DYNAMIC The Dynamic Water Penetration test was tested in accordance with AAMA 501.1. The test was performed at the specified pressure differential of 300 Pa (6.27 psf) generated using a Pratt and Whitney R-2800 Aircraft Engine, and a water spray rate of at least 204 L/m 2 per hour (5.0 U.S. gal/ft 2 per hour). This test consisted of fifteen minutes, during which the pressure and water spray were continuously applied.

AIR LEAKAGE Air leakage test data is indicated in the following table: Test Pressure for all samples: 75 Pa Overall Area of each sample: 8.84 m 2 (95.1 ft 2 ) Air Leakage: 0.6 L/s*m 2 (0.12 cfm/ft 2 ) 6.2. PRESSURE CYCLING During the Pressure Cycling at a pressure differential from 240 Pa (5 psf) to 1200 Pa (25 psf) for 100 cycles the systems lag times was below the required 0.08 seconds and the differential between the cavities and cyclic wind pressure did not exceed 50% of the maximum test pressure. All samples tested met the requirements as specified by the client for Pressure Equalization and as per AAMA 508-07. 6.3. STATIC WATER PENETRATION During the 15-minute test periods, using a pressure differential of 300 Pa (6.27 psf) and 720 Pa (15 psf), there was minimal signs of water leakage observed through the tested sample. The water observed water droplets were less than 5% of the air/water barrier surface. The sample met the requirements as specified per AAMA 508-07. 6.4. DYNAMIC WATER PENETRATION During the 15-minute test period, using a Pratt and Whitney R-2800 Aircraft Engine to generate a pressure differential of 300 Pa (6.27 psf), no water leakage was observed through the tested sample. The lag time between the cavity and cyclic wind pressure was less than 0.08 sec 2. The maximum differential between the cavity and the cyclic wind pressure was less than 50% of the maximum test pressure. The sample met the requirements as specified per AAMA 508-07.

The conclusions of this test report may not be used as part of the requirements for Intertek product certification.
