Terms & Conditions The CBAA reserves the right, at their discretion, to decline any application. 20% deposit must be paid when confirming all bookings. All prices exclude GST. Full payment must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. If full payment has not been received within 30 days from the date of invoice, the CBAA has the right to review the commitment and withdraw the booking. Only the sponsorship benefits listed in the promotional packages brochure will be provided as part of the sponsorship agreement. The sponsorship fee does not include the cost of conference registration or additional conference expenses, unless stated as a sponsor benefit. The fee does not include the cost of design, print or delivery of any artwork or promotional materials. Additional Terms & Conditions for Trade Exhibitors Trade exhibition applications and the assignment of booth positions are handled on a first come-first served basis. Final payment for exhibition booths must be made no less than one month before the conference commencement date. After this time, and only when monies have not been paid, the stand will be available for sale to another organisation. The exhibitor is responsible for the arrangement and payment of set up items not listed in the promotional packages brochure, such as furniture, internet and phone connection and freight. The exhibitor will not damage any walls, floors or ceilings of the exhibition area. Any damage resulting from an exhibitor s failure to observe this term is payable by the exhibitor. The CBAA will not be liable for any damage or loss to property by fire, theft, accident or any other cause that occurs before, during or after the conference. All exhibition staff must be registered using the relevant forms, such as complimentary exhibitor registration, or by purchasing additional exhibitor staff registrations. Exhibition equipment must not be removed and displays must not be dismantled before the closing time on the last day of the exhibition and removed as soon as possible after the closing time on the last day of the conference. You may not assign, share, sub-let or grant licenses for the whole or part of the booth without prior approval. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any display items we deem as unacceptable. Cancellation Policy A request for cancellation must be submitted in writing. The decision to accept the cancellation is made at the discretion of the CBAA. The CBAA are under no obligation to accept the request and are under no obligation to refund money. If a request for cancellation is made and accepted more than two months prior to the event commencement or content submission deadline the CBAA will refund all monies. If a request for cancellation is made and accepted within two months of the event commencement or content submission deadline the CBAA has the right to retain up to 50% of the contract price. If a request for cancellation is made and accepted within one month of the event commencement or content submission deadline the CBAA has the right to retain up to 100% of the contract price. Privacy Statement Your name and contact information, including electronic address, may be used by the parties directly related to the event such as the organisers and approved stakeholders, for relevant purposes such as promotion, networking, and administration of this, and future events of this type. If you do not consent please advise us. In addition, your name, organisation, and country/state of origin may be published on the delegate list which is provided to delegates, exhibitors, and sponsors at the event. If you do not wish your details to be included in this list please contact us.
