Over 30 breakout sessions will be held during this two-day event, creating opportunities to learn about transportation innovations in Construction, Safety, Planning/Design, Software/Hardware, Operations/ Management, Policy, and Technology - and to discuss with peers, the advantages and challenges each. Equipment Exhibitor set up is on March 7, between 8:00am and 4:00pm. **SPECIFIC ARRIVAL TIMES WILL BE ASSIGNED BASED ON BOOTH LOCATION** Exiting of equipment may not occur prior to 4:00pm on March 8, 2016. Please note all exhibitors will receive a confirmation from Baystate Roads once your registration form and payment have been received. Unloading instructions will be emailed to exhibitors prior to the event. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Anything over 8 ft. high must be setup by DCU Center for safety reasons. No helium balloons, open flames, propane tanks are allowed. Vehicles must have 1/4 tank or less of fuel and keys must be left with DCU security while the vehicle is in the building. No outside food is allowed.
