Monitor, regulate and render assistance to municipalities on the operation and maintenance of water sanitation infrastructure. Assist the supervisor with the support and regulation of management issues with regards to infrastructure utilization by water service provider (WSPs) and the water service authorities (WSAs). Liaise with and support the WSAs responsible for water service operation and maintenance and monitor programmes. Evaluate reports from WSPs and WSAs against O&M milestone. Liaise with Technical managers in WSPs on non-compliance and proposed corrective actions. Manage the refurbishment of transferred schemes.
