1 ETQA ADMINISTRATOR Salary: R per annum (All Inclusive Package) ETQA Administrator. The successful applicant will be based in Pseta offices in Hatfield, Pretoria and will report to the ETQA Manager. The incumbent will provide administrative assistance to ETQA Specialists and Officers, including overall planning, tracking and documentation management. Relevant diploma (NQF 5) or equivalent qualification in a related field; At least 2 years experience as an Administrator in a SETA environment; Sound knowledge of the SAQA Act, PFMA and Skills Development Act; Time, project, change and strategic management; The following key skills must be illustrated in applications; o Analytical problem solving and decision making skills; o Presentation, meeting, consultation and negotiation skills; o Excellent interpersonal and people management skills; o Good verbal and written communication skills; o Computer literacy and numeracy. Plan, organise and co-ordinate events such as meetings, workshops, record proceedings and follow up on decisions made; Preparing documents and compile information relevant to ETQA; Provide advisory support on the ETQA Administrative System to all stakeholders, either telephonically or electronically; Provide logistical support such as travel and Accommodation bookings; Assist the ETQA Team with tracking and monitoring tasks ; Receiving, recording, distributing and tracking of all incoming and out going correspondence/submissions; Provide information by telephone, and fax in response to routine enquiries relating to PSETA matters; Monitor workflow and ensure good office administration; Relieve the receptionist as and when necessary. 2 LEARNING PROGRAMMES OFFICER Salary: R per annum (All Inclusive Package) Learning Programmes Officer. The successful applicant will be based in Pseta offices in Hatfield, Pretoria and will report to the Learning Programmes Manager. The incumbent will assist the Learning Programmes Manager and Learning Programmes Specialist to promote the registration and implementation of high quality learning programmes including learnerships, skills programmes, internships, bursaries, and associated standards and qualifications, within the scope of the PSETA. Relevant diploma (NQF 5) or equivalent qualification in a related field; Drivers license 3 years experience in a SETA environment; Good knowledge of the SAQA Act, PFMA and Skills Development Act and Skills development Levies Act; Understanding of the implementation of learnerships and skills programmes Presentation, meeting, consultation and negotiation skills; Good verbal and written communication skills; Computer literacy and numeracy. Provide support to the design, development and registration of all structured learning programmes and qualifications; Facilitate compliance with Learnership regulations Promote registered learning programmes; Promote the quality implementation of all structured learning programmes and qualifications Provide support in Liaising with relevant stakeholders regarding implementation of learning programmes ; Ensure coordination of Quarterly Monitoring Report Ensure compliance with quality assurance in implementing cross-seta learning programmes.

Relevant Certificate or Diploma(NQF 5); At least 2 years experience as an Administrator; Experience and Understanding of SETA environment; Sound knowledge of the SAQA Act, PFMA & SDA Act; Computer literacy and numeracy; The following key skills must be illustrated in applications; o Analytical problem solving and decision making skills; o Time management and project coordination; o Excellent interpersonal and people management skills; o Good verbal and written communication skills; Track learner performance and uploading of achievements by service providers; Ensure registration of learners on the MIS; Submission of report in line with DHET reporting format; Prepare and consolidated QMR; Update learnership agreements document; Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence;

The successful applicant will be based in Pseta offices in Hatfield, Pretoria and will report to the Learning Programmes Manager. The incumbent will promote the registration and implementation of high quality learning programmes including learnerships, skills programmes, internships and bursaries, and associated standards and qualifications, within the scope of the PSETA A 3-year NQF Level 6 qualification in the relevant field; At least three years experience in the skills development environment; Understanding of the South Africa public service sector; Demonstrable understanding of and experience in the implementation of learning programmes in a SETA environment; Ability to lead, plan and manage change; Passion, or the willingness to become immersed in work; Initiative and strong organizational skills; Strong time management and negotiation skills; Good communication skills. Manage and contribute to organisational strategic planning process by providing input regarding divisional imperatives, goals and objectives. Compile budgets reflecting the expenses and revenues according to planned activities in the departmental plan. Utilise effective communication approaches to ensure that organisational and divisional objectives, and ensure active stakeholder relations. Provide input into the development of policies regarding learning programmes. Design and develop enabling tools and templates to implement and report learning programmes Ensure implementation of relevant learning programmes policy Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding completion of learning programmes. Manage the learning programmes development process.

5 Oversee the registration of learning programmes with the Department of Higher Education and Training. Manage special projects within the department Manage the performance and development of subordinates in the Department. The successful applicant will be based in Pseta offices in Hatfield, Pretoria and will report to the Skills Planning Manager. 1. To co-ordinate and oversee the development of the Sector Skills Plan and Sector Career Guide for the Public Service Sector and to facilitate the dissemination of information on Public Sector scarce and critical skills to schools, tertiary institutions and the general public. 2. To co-ordinate the development and timely submission of WSPs/ARTs by all government departments, legislatures and relevant parastatals, and monitor the public service s utilization of the 1% expenditure on training. A 3-year NQF Level 6 qualification in the relevant field; At least 3 years experience in the skills development environment; Good knowledge of the SAQA Act, PFMA, Skills Development Levies Act and Skills Development Act;

Co-ordinate the development of the five year Sector Skills Plan and Sector Career Guide for Public Service Sector. Facilitate the annual reviews and updates of the SSP and Career Guide and ensure the uploading of the scarce and critical skills on the ESSA system. Facilitate the dissemination of information relating to the sector scarce and critical skills priorities to stakeholders. Manage and monitor the development and timely submission of WSPs/ATRs in the sector and ensure that WSPs include both transversal and functional skills priorities. Analyze all ATRs against relevant WSPs and write up a consolidated on findings for internal and external use; Track and report the department s use of the 1% of personnel budget on training and development; Design, develop and implement all data collection templates, electronic systems, and reporting tools and workshop stakeholders how to use them; Render support to SDFs and Training Committees to improve the quality of the skills development interventions in the sector, e.g. participation in relevant meetings, forums and the training of SDFs; Manage the performance and development of subordinates in the sub division. The successful applicant will be based in Pseta offices in Hatfield, Pretoria and will report to the Learning Programmes Manager. The incumbent will assist the Learning Programmes Manager and Trades and Artisans Specialist to establish, register, promote and administer trade and artisan training programmes in line with applicable laws, policies and guidelines. Relevant diploma (NQF 5) or equivalent qualification in a related field; Driver s licence 3 years experience in a SETA environment; Good knowledge of the SAQA Act, PFMA and Skills Development Act and Skills development Levies Act and MTA; Understanding of the implementation of trades, learnerships and skills programmes Understanding of the trades (an advantage); Presentation, meeting, consultation and negotiation skills; Good verbal and written communication skills; Computer literacy and numeracy. Provide support to the design, development and registration of all structured learning programmes and qualifications in trades and artisanship; Promote listed trades; Promote the quality implementation of all structured learning programmes and qualifications in trades and artisanship; Provide support in liaising with relevant stakeholders regarding implementation of trades/ apprenticeship training Ensure compliance with quality assurance in implementing cross-seta learning programmes.
