2 In January 2016, the Government of British Columbia and the BC Innovation Council will host the inaugural #BCTECH Summit, a platform to inspire and empower British Columbians and BC businesses to expand opportunities through technology and new innovations. We invite you to demonstrate your organization s leadership in the technology industry by exhibiting at this highly visible event. The #BCTECH Summit Trade Show will run over two days with more than 100 exhibitors representing BC-based technology leaders. 5 Trade Show Booth inclusions: One (1) 10 x 10 booth at the Trade Show (format to be confirmed whether hard-walls or otherwise by Nov. 30, 2015) Two (2) conference passes (2 additional passes per 10 x 10 added) Company name in Trade Show guide Company name and website linked on the website Booth includes draped table with two (2) chairs and 1500 watt electrical power outlet Access to exhibitor services for shipping, lighting, food, AV, plants, décor items, enhanced signage and other requirements, available for purchase at additional cost Mobile App listing with company name and location (if applicable) Startup Alley Are you a BC-based Startup? There are limited spaces available as part of the Trade Show experience for you to share your tech success story in Startup Alley. Startup Alley inclusions: One (1) high-top table One (1) conference pass Career Showcase January 19, 2016 from 10:00am 3:00pm The Career Showcase is a one-day event that offers a valuable opportunity for our future technology specialists to experience a variety of education and employment opportunities available in the technology sector. Attendees include secondary and post-secondary students, teachers and recent graduates. Career Showcase table inclusions: One (1) high-top table One (1) Trade Show staff pass (Trade Show staff passes do not include Session access) Company name in Trade Show Guide Company name and website linked on our Conference website Those post-secondary institutions that are exhibiting in the Trade Show with a 10 x 10 booth or larger will receive a complimentary table. Career Showcase participants also looking to recruit students will get an additional table at the reduced rate of $500 + GST. 6 Payment Payments to be made in full by credit card or cheque upon confirmation of space on the Trade Show floor. Cheques must be received no later than December 11, 2015 or your space may be given to a waitlisted organization. Cancellation Policy Cancellation before December 11, 2015 receives a 50% refund of payment. Cancellation after this date receives no refund. The support of industry partners will be integral to the success of the. We appreciate your support and welcome your contribution and will provide opportunities that are mutually beneficial.
