2 Sponsorship prospectus Whether you are tasked with selling a specific product or service to Human Resources professionals or are responsible for building name and brand recognition for your company, Mile High SHRM (MH-SHRM) offers countless opportunities to access more than 1,000 of Metro Denver s best and brightest HR professionals. We invite you to consider the various opportunities presented in the 2015 MH-SHRM Sponsorship Prospectus. Who are our members? Affiliated with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), our chapter operates independently with our own unique membership. MH-SHRM includes more than 1,000 members representing human resource professionals at all levels and from all size companies. About 80% of our members have indicated they are human resource practitioners. Four percent are students, 6% are in job transition, and about 10% are affiliate members providing a product or service to those practicing human resources. How big are their companies? Twenty percent of our membership work for companies with less than 50 employees, 31% work for companies with employees, 17% work for companies with employees, and 30% work for companies with more than 500 employees. What do they do? Thirty percent are directors or senior vice presidents, and 28% are managers. The rest of our members have a variety of job titles including specialist, consultant, president, administrator, assistant director or legal counsel. 2

4 Annual Conference 2015 Annual HR Conference The MH-SHRM Human Resource Conference is the largest annual HR conference in the Rocky Mountain region featuring high-profile keynote speakers and a comprehensive array of education sessions. This conference attracts more than 500 attendees primarily from Denver Metro area. Attendance includes HR professionals with titles ranging from mid-level HR generalists to senior HR executives from all sizes of companies. 7 Educational Events (cont.) 2014/15 MH-SHRM Professional Development Groups Professional Development Groups (PDGs) allow MH-SHRM members to keep up with HR trends and issues. These topic-focused groups meet periodically, promoting the sharing of ideas, strategies, tips and information. PDGs are a great networking opportunity as well, allowing for productive networking in a small group setting. Check the MH-SHRM calendar for specific programs throughout the year. Attendees have ability to submit questions to the speaker online. Webinars are FREE to MH-SHRM members. The webinar host provides the speaker and topic (to be approved by volunteer review team). A time will be scheduled for the presenter to use the webinar technology and become familiar with the process. Webinar sponsors must work closely with the programming team to ensure the topic and speaker are approved prior to being scheduled. 8 Hr Young professionals 2015 HRYP Mini-Conference The MH-SHRM) HR Young Professionals (HRYP) group seeks to promote the future of Human Resources by offering HR professionals 35 and under and those new to the profession opportunities and a common networking forum in which to share ideas and experiences. This is a mini-conference focusing on understanding the areas of HR, understanding career paths, resume review and topics relevant to those new to the field. 10 Advertising Broadcast MH-SHRM will send a broadcast to our members with your message. MH-SHRM limits the number of s sent to a maximum of two per week. Cost: 1 Time: $750 2 Times: $1,200 Mailing List Rental Membership labels are provided for a one-time use (snail mail) only and are not to be utilized to create a database for future mailings. s and phone numbers are NOT included and are never rented. A sample of the materials must be submitted for approval prior to confirmation of your order. Cost: 1 Time Use: $450 Website Banner Advertising Display your company s logo on the home page of MH-SHRM s website. Your ad will be placed within our rotating marketing banner on our home page. Members and non-members visit our website on a regular basis throughout the year to receive updated news, register for events and view job postings.
